Sign-off for Anchorage, Alaska's KTVA Channel 11 from Summer 1991.
The credits at the beginning of this video are from the 80's Canadian crime drama Night Heat.
This is my third and final time uploading this-- it now has cleaner audio and is in 4:3 aspect ratio.
