Cool video I went to Ao Nang twice (Feb 2018 and Feb 2020) and did all the things in your video except for the caves. Climbing almost 1300 steps to the summit of Tiger Cave Temple was a killer and those monkeys were absolute maniacs. I feel for you doing these tours in the rain - I was very lucky that I went in the dry season on both occasions and never had a drop of rain

@@travelsidekick A day trip to Hong Islands for sure; a day trip to Phi Phi Islands for definite; visit Emerald Pool and Hot Springs, even sunset dinner at Phra Nang beach on Railey Peninsula was an amazing experience; visit Krabi town. Yes those steps killed me. I climbed up 700 steps at Seven Wells Waterfall in Langkawi in Malaysia and 300-odd steps at Batu Caves in KL (Malaysia) - on both occasions battling with crazy monkeys and heat/humidity. But Tiger Cave Temple was the ultimate test of stamina and fitness

Nice vid mate. Good tips for when im there in September. The Tiger Temple has warning signs about monkies and food, that woman obviously thought she knew best I suppose. 🤣🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Great video! Makes me want to stay in Krabi now. We had only planned to stay in Koh phi phi and Koh Samui. We may need to squeeze in some time in for Krabi. How many days would you recommend staying in Krabi to enjoy all the fun things you did?

Thank you Angel! Not sure how many days you have… there isn’t a lot to do on phi phi at night. Most of the places to stay there are heavy on the party into the late hours. I wouldn’t stay too long there. You could do the things in this video in 3 days for sure. 2 if you are super ambitious and just do the highlights. I personally fell in love with koh samui. (If you on in samui during the full moon it’s really quiet b/c everyone is at koh phangan at the full moon part) it all depends on how long your trip is. Also… I have not released the video yet for kao sok notational park but the one day tour is the absolute best and would work that in if you have time. Any way you go with preferences you can go wrong in that part of Thailand. If you have any other questions on what to book etc I’ll be glad to help.

@@travelsidekick Thanks Matt for your quick reply and kind recommendations. I just subscribed to your channel. We have never been to Thailand, first timers here. We love beautiful beaches with great island vibes, cute and quirky places to eat, exploring and some relaxation of course. Were not big on partying. Were more of the happy hour on the beach. We’re still unsure which parts we should visit. I do know we for sure want to see Maya bay, Koh phi phi and Koh Samui. We had planned on 10 days. Hoping we make the right choices on where to spend our time. I heard great things about Khao Sak not sure we would have time. We’re trying to decide on two places and enjoy those places being that we only have 10 days. Gosh I wish we had more time ☺️.
