I've taken Kratom everyday for six months and lifted. It works wonders on the DOMs. I put on 20lbs no problem with digestion after the first week. I was constipated pretty bad until I started adding extra fruit to my diet. Also lowered my dose and frequency.
@@raminrouchi202 are you sure? I think Kratom just hits the opiate receptors creating an analgesic effect but doesn't actually do anything to reduce inflammation. I could be wrong but that's what I've understood.
