@@drcaustic9311 Never lmao, the equipment and power Kratos wielded in Greece, Norse Kratos couldn’t even match… Let alone his unending rage for revenge, he’d stomp anyone in his path willing to stop him. Why do you think Kratos’s most powerful form in the new GOW’s is “Spartan Rage”. The closest thing bringing him back to his old self 😂. BUT one thing older Kratos could DEFINITELY use against him is experience and combat knowledge, he’d definitely be able to use his younger self’s rage against him if they every fought.
In a harry potter movie Dumbledore shouts at harry if he put his name to participate in the tournament. Except in the book he is supposed to ask him camly.
The blade of Olympus, blades of chaos he be trying. Didn’t mean to kill his family Aries tricked him fooled his mind, and they died inside his arms, blood all on his shirt
@@berenbuckets4724 Wake up in the morning, Kratos has murder on his mind, Blades of chaos and Hercules' gauntlets on the side. He got shot by the Bow of Apollo and he didn't even mean to try. He's dead on the gravestone with Rip on side, since all he had to do was run away and hide.
@@Tullevoff Carson could've done it still. He was able to pull off a calm Kratos in God of War 1 and Ascension. He only yells a handful of times in God of War 1.
Yeah true. I personally love Judge’s voice for an older Kratos and his deep voice is so mesmerizing. Perfectly fits with older kratos’s more masculine, stoic, calm and controlled rage
Thor: You seem like a calm a reasonable person. Are you, a calm and reasonable person? Kratos: ( Has flashbacks of his argument with athena about his brother being alive). If the moment calls for calm.
@@ThunderManDabro Yeah! Personality, I think GOW II Kratos stills the most badass. If you remember, titans gave him a top tier destructive super attack and his rage mode was so overpowered.
he still has that rage in him, much stronger, but he is controlling it in order to not fall back to his past. when he was about to kill heimdall he showed mercy to him because he knows the consequences of killing gods.heimdall then choose himself to get killed by not letting go.
Tbh this is a valid response to someone who has been withdrawing a life changing secret from him and when he found out, told him "you know nothing, keep working for me"
don't jump to conclusion when you don't know things, obviously she's hiding something, and that's who is his father, which she revealed in gow2 when she was taking her last breath. If she told him who was his father, he would be immediately go after Zeus.
ppl who continue to miss the point of this amazing game are just ruining it and doing it a disservice. The new games literally go out of their way to show a remorseful kratos, athena was right.
"You can not change, You will always be a monster" -Athena Edit: Thanks for 500 likes Edit: 1000 likes? THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH. This is the most i have had
@@ILoveAnime10 Says the one who used "said" instead of "say" lmfaooo. I typed the previous comment on my old android phone so I'm terribly sorry that my "haha"s weren't in all capital letters :^)
Athena : There's nowhere you can hide, Spartan. Put as much distance between you and the truth as you want, it changes nothing. Pretend to be everything you are not: teacher, husband, father. But there is one unavoidable truth you will never escape: You cannot change. You will always be a monster Kratos: I know… but I am your monster no longer
I love how for a moment his shock and almost joy that his brother lives shows, but then he immediately gets consumed by rage and anger at them preventing him from knowing he lives
she never did, better read the gow novels, watch the developer statements, and then drive to conclusion. She always wanted kratos gets his nightmares removed, she tried her best to convince Zeus, he was the one who denied it. Also if it weren't for her, if he killed himself neither he would be getting his nightmares removed and he would be tortured by hades in the underworld. The devs stated multiple times that she always tired to help him, she always had empathy for him. But she cannot totally cross her line and do things that would lead to the destruction of Olympus. She had so much remorse about Zeus denying his nightmares, then the kidnap of his brother, and the empathy that she had converted to some love for him. (said by the devs not me) And she was trying really hard to make sure it ends up well, both for kratos and olympus. Its a lot better that you read GoW2 novel. And see what was going behind the scenes. And after dying she got corrupted and twisted. Its all confirmed by devs.
Interesting. I will definitely listen GOW 2 novel. And Kratos loved Athena too. It's more than obvious in the scene she gets killed: "Athena! NO!" He got hurt
@@miguelal5607 yeah listen to both gow1 and 2 novel. I think Kratos was also conflicted at times with Athena, he liked her aswell, but because of some incidents between them like he might be thinking she didn't give him cure for the nightmares then lied to him about deimos. but most of the times she came to him in means to help him, and talk kindly with him. So he might be conflicted about whether to trust her or not. He liked her deep down. They could have made a good couple, too bad that didn't happen.
Truly one of Kratos' more bad ass moments. This entire scene is beautifully put together, i love how when Kratos destroys the statue it cuts Athena off, too. God Of War Ghost Of Sparta is so underrated in the series.
I just finished playing it again yesterday, I love how this game perfectly sets the stage for the impasse that Kratos and Zeus finally arrive at in GOW2
