I personally made great gains on it when I was bulking. It had little side effects compared to powdered Creatine. Eventually I reached the size I wanted so I stopped taking it. It shouldn't be used in the long term. Thanks for sharing brotha!
Good question Gerry. So at your age I wouldn't bother using these products. I would use more supplemental protein, whey, bcaa and a weight lifting regimen. If you want to take it to the next level, maybe talk to your doctor about getting some testosterone injections because you will definitely notice a difference at your age. It works 2 ways in the sense you get more energy AND its easier for your body to build muscle with more testosterone in your blood stream but of course it comes with alot more changes, some good and some bad. Do your research and determine if its for you. But even in a short term I don't see a problem for you to increase some muscle mass and then quit taking it.
Yes Gerry you can it will help you with memory also..n no bloating n you don't have to load KRE , also follow a good exercise program that fits your lifestyle..and eat healthy..and if you want cheat its still ok..enjoy your workouts..peace
I've seen some ppl say to cycle it and some say (including the product) it's not necessary, what do you recommend? Also, should this product be taken on non-workout days as well? If so, should the dosage be the same or less? Thanks
As far as cycling goes, you should try both and see which methodi gets you the desired effects. Cycling is best since it gives your body a break. There's no hard fast clinical evidence so I think its a good rule of thumb to only take it on days you workout but plenty of trainers will tell you to take a lower dose on the non workout days. It's all a trial and error system. Experiment with dosages and frequency and listen to your body.
I’m already on my 40’s and Already got some maintenance meds Allopurinol and Atorvastatin... I wonder if this will have some reaction? Or is it safe to take them?
There's no evidence of those medications reacting with this because.... no trials or studies have been done. If you start taking it, just listen to your body and if something starts to go wrong, stop taking it immediately.
Not sure if you look at old videos but I picked up akyln and it recommends 1.5g before and after workout (4 total capsules) and that seems like a lot. Should I start with a half dosage or is something like this fine? or should I just take it once? looking for doing whats necessary for me as a 130 lb male, hard gainer
So indirectly it can cause some hairloss. If you're pairing it with other products that increase Testosterone then it will cause hairloss or heavy leg days cause an increase in Testosterone, so same result.
Do you take kre alkalyn on your days off? I read that this shouldn't be taken with caffeine. Is this true? If so, how long between taking this and say having a cup of coffee is recommended?
@@SahilPargunde It's not a definitive link. Many studies have been done and could not provide a DEFINITE link to hair loss. However, if you are using Creatine to increase muscle mass then yes by proxy you will increase testosterone which leads to the byproduct DHT, which has a link to male pattern baldness. But that's if you are engaging in consuming a large amount of Kre-Alkyln and power lifting. If you are using it moderately, then it's not a for sure conclusion you will lose hair.
@@PharmacyCentral I hope you reply me for the last time sire, but I want to understand if creatine monohydrate is anyhow linked MPB, kindly convince me if kre alkyn doesn't increase DHT LEVELS. I have hell lot of people interested in Kre, tellin you ;)
Now that's the key question! It's not monitored by the FDA so there's no saying if its safe. Personally I took 2.5 bottles a few years ago and I was fine but please don't go by that. These products are not regulated so every bottle can have variations.
