Oh, there's flattering lighting here for sure. They are making sure their best photographed angles are being recorded. They do work hard for sure, but they are driven by greed and fame also. But a lot of haters seem to be jealous. It takes a lot of confidence and ambition to do what they do, especially Kris. They are successful and often times that includes stepping on someone elses toes, of which they are guilty of.

She was using her phone to review the questions she wanted to ask. I don’t believe she was being rude. It’s not a one size fits all, if touching her hair eases herself while being on camera then let her be. From watching, she gets a bit nervous when having to speak in front of people. Hence POOSH.... her being her own Boss. I pray that one day we can seriously all just be more encouraging and more so being more compassionate. This video was very valuable, yes we do need some microphones, but that’s so minor.

Kourt wasn't truly listening. She didnt allow kris to expound upon her points. Which would've been valuable for the viewers . I'm sure however she will get better at her interview style. If she's able to forget herself and show more interest in the person she's interviewing

I don't think people see the art behind the style of filming they are using. This format is raw, retro and simple and bc Kourtney wanted something different other than the usual filming, it's also not part of E entertainment- she's her own boss. I think if they wanted more for their set then it will too much of a setup, it will lose the essence and purpose. Pretty sure she knows what she's doing.

@@nikkistahr7105 did Kourtney ask her viewers for constructive criticism? Why are so many people commenting on Kourtney's behaviour instead of what Kris was saying? I doubt she is going for a buttoned up interviewing style. All of the videos I've seen so far have been casual. Whatever improvements she wants to make she will make by viewing her videos and adjusting accordingly. Watch it and grow with it or chill. Good grief.

Maybe yes, yet it can come across as checking your phone - which is unprofessional, especially in a career-related talk.. I also admit that I assumed that she was checking her phone/messages instead of thinking she might've been checking questions, something I possibly wouldn't assume if it was a well respected entrepreneur interviewing Kris Jenner, my bad!

She is such a positive person that's why all her kids are successful and with a strong desire on whatever passion they have. I love that their video looks like a natural conversation and it's casual. But you can work on camera angles like over the shoulder, close ups or something.. To emphasize certain talking points.. Kourtney is inspiring on what she has become. She empowers women above 30s to feel good and better and beautiful inside out.

Great idea to have Kris as your first interview! Only thing I noticed was the audio and I was surprised that you took your phone out.. that part was a little distracting, I had to rewind to hear what kris was saying. Other than that, it was great! Simply Complicated when I was at my job interview many years ago, I went into that interview completely professional. The interview lasted for 40 mins. I had small children at the time. They were with a babysitter well taken care of just like her children are when she’s not with them. I didn’t look at my phone, nor seem distracted in front of my possible future employer. I got the job but I’ll tell you this, if I would of been in that interview checking my phone while he was asking me questions and talking to me, I know I wouldn’t of been hired. Point being there is a time and place when to be professional in all aspects. BTW.. I love kourtney and I am a fan of hers. She’s my favorite.

Great!!I feel the same way so nervous at the meetings I’m schedule to have at work, or new challenges I have to face. I like hearing that Kris Jenner feels the same way and how she has conquered her fears by simply being Brave. Taking “No” for an answer that is interesting....commitment is key. So challenging.

I love that Kourtney decided to do this instead of being ""pooshed" into something that she doesn't have the passion in. It's wonderful to have a mother who is always there for her children invested in their happiness and success. Best of Luck!

I like this style of interviews. One on one where the conversation becomes organic even though well planed and thoughtful in your questions. Great job Kourtney. Keep doing them. You’re mom is a great example of hard working moms which in today’s day is who we are all striving to be. She’s also adorable her “Vodka Down” = “VD” lmao 😂 she totally says things like that without realizing what “VD” stands for. So funny. I’d love to hear from “being a boss” some of the mistakes made because honestly all mistakes are lessons learned and that is where I found in my career I had the most change and became for adept to having more successes later. If I could package up what I leaned on the job for my younger woman coming up it’s so valuable because my career wasn’t something you could go to school and learn and I had to pioneer a path I’m a mostly male dominated industry. I wish I could pass it along to others. Some of the most relevant lessons are mentored. Who mentored your mom?
