NBA center/power forward Kristaps Porzingis gives fans a look at his rehab progress from Real Madrid's high-tech facilities in Spain. The New York Knicks player tore his ACL on February 6th.

Jimmy Changa can't really tell where he's at from the video but I am able to do everything he is, the physio I have right now has got me running at about 80-90%, with him having 24/7 support from the best of the best i'd assume he's probably ahead of me but at the same time me being 5"8 means I don't put near the same stress on my ligaments when I use them so who knows

I tore my ACL 2 weeks ago, just had surgery last night. Im a freshman in college and I’m already determined to get back on the court. I have a long road ahead but there’s nothing I can’t do. Lets get it!
I tore my ACL a few months ago and it’s been really difficult cause all i wanna do is play. This video made me fucking bawl cause everything he says is so genuine and true. Thank you KP, ima keep fighting
Man I tore mine twice in the last year, can still hear it. Can still feel it. Still remember the moments I knew. Impossible not to, you stay up at night replaying it thinking about what you could’ve done different. mental strength brother

Basically yoga for him is going to be a turning point. That meditation yoga is giving him, calmness, clear mind and mental strength will make him a very focused and smart player. He's going to be GOAT.
It’s a tough injury. Hope he’s getting back to near normal. He is going to have to have a pain for good like me. I haven’t had any surgery but it won’t be cured. That makes you terrified with jumping, stepping down, moving backward and laterally, etc. I got a trauma from that injury.

I watch video all the time cant wait we see you on the court big guy. I love your game and your pride that you have for it at such a young age(even though I'm younger lol). I know you reach all your goals. Keep working my friend.
If you can run. Or walk. You are back when the season starts.. Less jumping approach to shooting and rebound is what you focus on. As your leg get stronger. Hold on to the basketball ring you don’t come down on anyone foot.. Quick release shot and high arch. You already have the talent to be one of the greatest player to play the game.

Shaul yehudah its true Prime Melo on the Nuggets were great but KP last session before he started getting problem with his injures he averaged like 30 Ppg and was an absolute beast
Good decision KP if you had stayed in New York you could not walk or go anywhere it seems you do not have that problem in Spain but that will change when you become the star that you are destined to be

Militantreturns yeah i hear ya on that! Since 1987 for me too. Many years of suffering and pain, even hard to the watch games at some points, but soon it will have been all worth it! MY NY Rangers have been just as painful at times to, still waiting on them as well! Lol
I remember Stephen A Smith was talking mad shit about this guy before and after he got drafted no one ever in the history of the NBA at his size can dribble and shoot like him on that of that play defense a unicorn indeed hope he fully recovers from his injury.
