Wow! Props from Krizz Kaliko? And yes, a collab with Kaliko and Ren would be straight 🔥! I've been a Ren fan for a little over a month and I am so in love with his music, put every track on my play list. He is truly special and he does have some music where he just raps & it shows his flow switches and rhyme scheme ability and does it all so very well (Hunger, Losing It, Love Music 1, 2 & 3, Genesis, Power, What you Want). He has more on the mental health side too (Everybody Drops, Depression, Insomnia, Diazepam) and he can sing so beautifully (Chalk Outlines & How to Be Me). Loved seeing your reaction and opinion on this and Ren in general!

Wow, the way Krizz came back and corrected himself in real time about having to have an intro that grabs you in 5 seconds was crazy. That was amazing y'all! Ren's Art and Y'alls reaction are so relatable on a multitude of levels. I can relate on the mental/emotional issues of childhood mental emotional and sexual abuse and adult physical abuse. I've lost 3 of my closest family members to suicide, one to overdose and survived a teen attempt myself. Schizoid, Bi-Ploar Depression and Anxiety also run heavy in my family. Thank you both & Ren for the awareness, openness and honesty about your own struggles. I am always available to anyone who needs someone to talk to.

Thank you for your openness and authenticity Krizz (and thats just listening to you speak in the intro). There aren't many people who haven't had a flirtation with a mental/emotional health issue, whether they own it or not. And there are lots of us who have a daily dance and difficult balancing act with mental health. We are becoming more and more open and raw about this, which appears to be being embraced by the general population. Lots of love to you 💖

Well done for speaking about the need for most people to take their meds. I work in Mental Health and I think its important to present both sides as some people benefit greatly form their medication. But it does often come at a cost which we should also be open about.
