Kroket or croquette? - Documentary about krokets and Van Dobben 

Van Dobben are the among the best croquets (the ones from Kwekkeboom are also excellent). Fortunately you can get them everywhere in the Netherlands, many cafés serve them and you can get them at all the big supermarkets to fry at home. Also check out their bitterballen.
