She only corrected her grammar twice, ex-nether instead of ex nether and furthermore instead of further, both of which kronii was correct about. She also pointed out that she used corporeal (meaning body, I think) instead of coporal punishment. Copereal could technically be correct, and mean the same thing, but considering that corporal punishment is an actual thing, this is probably what Fauna meant.

@@elmatador2139 Furthermore is an actual word and was used correctly. I think what Kronii meant was that "further", which Fauna had previously used, sounds similar to "furthermore", so Fauna should have replaced "furthermore" with something else to be less repetitive.

I work retail and it's just plain boring. Hilariously, they have a training video talking about Unions and kinda telling you how they work. Warning you that you basically sign over your right to self representation. That the company has no obligation to give in to demands and only prove they argued in good faith. Thing is, _the Union can lie to the press about what they want,_ *but the company cannot.* Which means trying to blindside the company with a press release to pressure the company better be ready to have their real demands exposed if they're stupid about it. I'm personally against them because it seems like a good way for the Union Boss to make off with the dues and basically forces you into a salary you can never raise and positions you can never get out of. I don't need anyone else to represent me.

@@chancekahle2214 The very non-unionized, vaguely skeevy construction company I used to work for had hour-long lunch breaks too. Where I live, unions are all corruption and no action, leeching off workers' paychecks, spending it all on political donations, and getting piss all in return. Union workers have even physically threatened my old company's employees for working on the same construction site and tried to forcibly prevent us from accessing it, despite the fact the both companies had contracts to work there. There wasn't even a strike or anything, they were just butthurt that they had to work alongside us. They're a bunch of violent thugs, petty tyrants, and stupid bastards, as far as I'm concerned, and the assholes we had to deal with all deserved a liberal helping of pepper spray and corrective beatings for acting like a gang rather than a construction company. I'd love to see unions that aren't useless and I know they exist, but there aren't too many around here.

Generally workers in America don't have to worry about weather or not they will get to go home that evening because they might die, be enslaved, or get injured. Most people don't have to worry about starving, unless they live in certain states, so long as they work jobs that don't screw them over like restaurant's can. And last I checked we have clean water and sewage systems in America so we don't have to worry about getting horribly sick from tainted water or waist exposure. We have paid vacation and sick leave, however the limits I agree aren't great. As for free healthcare, that doesn't exist. You PAY for that healthcare with your taxes. We pay for it when we need it. our system isn't great, but its really complicated to try and change. Everything in America is complicated to change because of the two parties being so violently opposed to each other right now. And Unions in general in America do nothing but ensure that workers don't have to do ANYTHING. I have had experience with 3 unions, they were slimy they were deceptive, they tried weaseling in where they weren't wanted, they would have taken away benefits, and they allowed absolutely incompetent idiots to remain in their jobs because none of their supervisors wanted to bother with the paperwork necessary to fire them for not doing the job they are paid for.

I was at one but quit since the H.R. department and supervisor were a mess and had me in a third monthly-contract already.

If Fauna had struck when the iron was hot - when Kronii was on the verge of total collapse- she could have ended the war in her favour. But she let Kronii have the window opportunity to reorganize. Now Bunkronii is stronger than ever, it's even expanded lately.

Remember, Napoleon, crushed the anti-France alliance numerous times, and it took 7 coalitions to finally put him down. Yet all they did was putting France border back to pre revolution period and demanding war reparation. They didn't even execute Napoleon for all the damage and terrors he had caused. They wanted to re-establish the balance of power and avoid to re-ignite the conflict. If Fauna demands are too harsh the result be similar to post ww1 Germany.
