You are the first to address this favorite snack in YT. It was a mystery to me . I bet other channels will follow suit. I shall make these for only 16 month old very precious granddaughter when I visit Houston this Thanksgiving . Her parents are into NO GLUTEN diet for her.

Hello chef Rose, I hope all is well. Just wanted to know if I can steam one flavor in one loaf pan? And cut it thinly with a floss or a thread maybe after cooled? I would love to try it 😊 I just dont have an enormous puto molds and huge steamer like you do 😅
