The train station is not equipped for people like Crusty. The guards have no power or skills for handling him. He's a public nuisance and he needs to be barred from the station!
The police actually carried him out of the station last time. I would like to know if they banned him, because if they did that means he is trespassing on the station.
There used to be a guy in Sydney who crept up to people in the cbd and shouted at them to give them a fright. They found him killed in a nearby park opposite where I worked. It could happen to this fellow too.

We need some American laws over here in the UK our law system is horrendous. People mostly get suspended sentences here and they just repeatedly keep offending because they know they won't go to jail and they just laugh when they get arrested. We need tougher punishments to deter people from re-offending!! It is shocking what people get away with over here. The police need more officers with more powers to deal with people like this xxx

@@timevans2086 - Krusty being there could be an orchestrated thing, sure, because you have to wonder how this guy is being financed when he clearly has a learning disability and probably otherwise lives off the government, since way he is he would never be able to hold down a job where he had to interact with the public or an office job where he had to work with a team.
We support you! You may have to endure a wave of these people who get in your face. Best bet is to stay cool as you did and try to ignore them and if they are harassing you, get the cops/security there like you did.
Security guards can use reasonable force to remove anyone they want removed. That's why most nightclub bouncers aren't in prison. Station security can grab and push you, if they want you to leave.

I know some gentlemen who have a habit in Liverpool of taking 'lost ways' individuals down back alleys and teaching them the mean of life. Last one, a drug dealer spent four months in hospital after his private lesson and realised 'quickly, that life breathing is much sweeter than he realised.
