KSL looks into state road entering federal land claims made during the Utah governor GOP debate 

You can't use your jeeps or ATVs to crisscross federal labds, tearing up terrain & then say it's an established road! That land is all of our land, not just the locals who think they get to go anywhere they want to go!

They need to fully maintain them then.

So the state/counties are imminent domaining federal land? Why stop there. Next they should just take it under civil asset forfeiture.

Those on the far right know when you build that road it leads to exploitation of the land around it … they want to monetize everything…. Just ask those in the Amazon …
