Hi Siraj, I normally mention the important points in the videos. You should expand on them in your own words in the exams. In general, KSLU evaluators seem to prefer lengthier answers. Even if you can explain something in 5 lines, they still want to see 1 page. As a ground rule, I would suggest 1 page per 5 ~ 7 marks.
