This isn't any ordinary rescue mission. It's not Blunderbirds like Matt Lowne, Piolet1459, or any other Kerbal Space Program youtubers. This is a rescue mission ASTRO style.

As someone with 2000 hours or so, always dock using the smaller craft, you can also use the Matt lowne lazy method which is having the other craft set target your docking bay and aim to it

@@CASA-dy4vs before you learn it, you havent learned it yet. there are many good channels out there for teaching basic principles, and from there if you launch several missions and practice you can get way better, and eventually learn it and understand it.
