I just got this mod. Some of the parts I really liked from the video were not in the mod I installed. Though they did add a couple of command pods that is not in the vid. Also the engines are missing. Just noticed that. Okay found the problem with the engines. Another mod was glitching this one. Also another piece or two are missing, but yet again probably another mod glitching this one.

Cheese and Crackers! 800 ISP and multiple fuel modes and multiple thrust directions!? Did you see the Vacuum TWR is 30 as well!? That is game-breaking, it exceeds the vacuum performance of every other engine in the game!

10:45 I don't know if you noticed during or afterwards, but the reason SAS was fighting you was because you had it set to "Hold Prograde". The tug does look pretty awesome, but the problem I always had when building my own tugs was that I always ended up with my RCS thrusters all on one side of the thing I was building, which makes it hard to maneuver. Every time I tried to do a translation manuever I ended up with a lot of rotation. It doesn't look like this tug solves that problem. My solution is putting on telescoping arms with RCS at the end that I can fit around what I'm grabbing and then adjust until I'm getting minimal rotation.

Thanks for the review! +ErzengelDesLichtes Yeah that's a problem I've dealt with before too, I tackled it by docking on several RCS drones all around the part using Jr Dockingport, but docking process gets very tedious and joints are kinda wobbly. Right now I have in mind a 2.5m skeletal part with integrated RCS and SAS modules on both ends, and a central strut where you can radial attach tanks and containers. If you have suggestions throw them at me on KSP forums!

Have you ever thought of using the pushing mechanism as a docking rail so that your craft will properly align? (only work for craft the same size though

You should make a video on KSP Players, www.ksp-players.com/en/home I love how you can Shift+F1 to take a screenshot and then instant upload it, and downloading craft files in-game is awesome. Keep up the great vids

I guess the pushing adapter is to put a docking port on front or a grabing unit. not to actually push things by touching them

anyone have any tips on 64 bit crashing problem? Im got about 30-40 mods on and my game crashing 70% of the time just reverting flights or even launching a vessel...gets annoying and im starting to losing intrest. w/ 8gb ram

+kerbal space All I know the 64 bit (pre 1.1 version) isn't really stable, and running 30 -40 demanding mods doesn't help either. So, yeah, try run less mods. I think I've read that 64 bit on a Linux system isn't too bad, so if you're fixated on 30 - 40 (demanding) mods, you might wanna check it out. Also, neutering your graphic settings can get you a long way. That, combined with running in OpenGL solved most of my (memory) crash issues, although I'm running 32 bit on the 1 GB video card of my laptop. It isn't too great graphic wise, but KSP is too much fun to let it be a bother.

Try not using 64bit and less mods.. I've had that problem before.. Ksp is not stable on 64bit even on Linux

I know it looks good, but i don't like what it looks like. I wish it was more stock like with the white and black and splash of color.

+LNX Gaming I can understand that, I tend to prefer stockalike as well but for some reason the scifiness of this seems to outweigh that for me.

+KottabosGames I look at it like this: It's a utility space craft. Utility vehicles on the ground are painted yellow, so why not utility space craft? Look at bulldozers, forklifts, dump trucks, and the like. This is sort of the space equivalent of a fork lift.

ErzengelDesLichtes I don't mind the color as mutch as the texture. It has damage like its been hit by rocks and stuff with chipped and worn paint. I don't see a spacecraft ever having that kind of ware and tare because things are very slow and delicate in space.

+LNX Gaming Slow and delicate in space? ._. Kerbal doesn't do it justice but there's tons of tiny debris up there that can hit your ship at speeds relative to 20,000 MPH or more. If you take a look at one of the Space Shuttles after they come back, they aren't exactly pretty. Many of them had windows cracked and damaged while in space.
