Imagine building your own spaceships and also being able to live inside them, use computers, monitors, piloting all thing inside the craft, for example looking at the system map inside a screen inside your ship, and all of this while in vr
For anyone who wanders, you can somewhat, I've found some mods that add, for example, mk4 cockpit or modyfy some of the craft so you have screens and actual computers inside, you can also view docking cams and pilot the craft from iva
What mod do you use to add sounds? I know soundless space is more realistic because the camera is usually in a vaccuum, but having sounds is more immersive because it feels like you are hearing the pov of the spacecraft Also helo average avali enjoyer
Which version of KSP are you playing? On mine I can't get Stockalike station parts and FreeIVA to cooperate - any SSP parts just have a black void for an interior.
That’s probably not an error, I remember SSPE having the main pack and the IVAs separate for performance purposes… try searching for the IVA pack and installing it. Hope this helps.
Why did we ever even need ksp2? We have mods which make 1 better. EDIT: This comment is outdated, as KSP2 is shaping up to be a promising game. Once colonies come out, I might switch to KSP2 from KSP1.
@@tstaccount8347 Now KSP2 is shaping up to be pretty decent and promising, but until colonies, I'm sticking with KSP1. 6 months ago, KSP2 was a dumpster fire. But they are making a recovery. My original comments are outdated.
@@TotallyNoAim 90% of mods dating back from 1.0 work in the latest version, unlike minecraft, ksp hasnt made breaking changes since 1.0 All these mods are available for 1.12.3, just 2 updates behind but 100% working If youre lucky even mods from the beta might work aswell!
i think he uses TUFX for the colors and post processing with a shader profile to make it that pretty along with of course, scatterer, EVE and scatterer
My laptop is very similar to yours, almost the same specs, for me the issue isn't the mods, it's the amount of mods you have ( this could also mean the mods are the issue, but more so because they have memory leaks/lots of content that depending on the mod could halve performance, like a lot of textures ), you'll need to upgrade ram if you want the best out of KSP, I'd do 32gb because I want to record, edit and do other stuff on the background while I play.
16 GB of ram couldnt keep all my (~100) mods, for ksp 32 is the ideal I run similar graphics on a 570 except fot paralax so itll probably run on the 3050,
