I am fully impressed! It’s just a complete ru-vid.comUgkxGqOCINHE0Z0E5gxzSdNi9NWGugRY5Hm2 plan with the best resources and step by step instructions . These shed plans are so satisfying as if the sheds build themselves on their own. Worthy work Ryan!
@@luckylawnboy yeah plus kubota likes to save lifes not taking lifes wich why kubotas accully the only ones that got a quite a few awards for saving lifes
@@luckylawnboy yeah they have 500,000 kubota dealers across usa and canada plus my niece's mom is the chief inspector officer for these products with her passed by cheif inspector stickers
I love how "professional " you are in your work and your video presentations, It's nice to see manufacturers recognize this as well and reward it with team up deals that makes your channel even better and more enjoyable for all of us Addicted watchers!
Congrats on getting that gig with Kubota. Great equipment. I am a Kubota fan. The sole big issue(s) for the owners of any of the manufacturers of this type of equipment, is the "diesel particulate filter" emissions package. Love your work, and videos, Thank you sir.
Should look at the Takeuchi. Have one at work, it's got a ton of options for the price. It's got a back up camera, a large LCD screen, a decent sounding radio, the bucket tilts up as the boom does so you don't spill everything, it keeps the bucket level when back blading, and it even has a Kubota engine. Definitely a decent machine for the price.
While I"m not familiar with this kind of machinery from Kubota, I'm a big Kubota fan and have been for decades. 'Glad they chose to work with you..it will be a great partnership!
Nice machines! congrats! Change the Oil / Oil Filter, Drive Motor Oil, and Hyd Oil filter, on both machines at 50 hours even though the manual doesn't say. It's the most important change to do, do it early. its only a few hundred bucks. I just got a SVL65-2 and love it.
No Political shit. No republican or democratic shit. Just tools, just building and shit that I want in my shop. I enjoy watching this dude man. Consistent!
I love using equipment to make life easier, so yes I like seeing videos using all types of equipment, and I'm a Kubota fan. I have a Kubota tractor with a front loader and love it!
I own the exact same tractor and the door was probably the biggest selling point for me I just don't understand how other companies don't seem to get it no matter how much they hear it they don't seem to care and the reason I say that is because they steal go with the standard side opening door which is a death trap and extremely aggravating. My opinion only. My tractor has a pretty rough ride on hard surfaces but it is an excellent loader
I think one major difference between the 2 is open center hydraulics on the 90 vs. closed center on the 95. Havent ran the 95 but apparently it makes night and day difference
I love Kubota, and like your content. But when you get free equipment it’s hard to give a objective review. The one thing Kubota does very well is to keep everything extremely simple, and basic. It’s a work horse. The door design also allows you to open it with the boom in a up position. Most other machines the boom has to be all the way down to exit. This can be a problem when working solo
Thanks for the review! Looking forward to seeing the excavator. COMPLETELY different topic Kyle, when you were sitting in the Kubota, I noticed you had what looked like some outdoor performance pants or rain proof? Carhartt? Duluth TC flex firehose? I’m always looking for something better than jeans. Share your wears!
Ten four on hearing about the new machineS- maybe a little post script at the end, or as a crawler during the specific use. NO big thing- it's about the job itself not so much the tools you have to have to do the job. Your "Tool Time" sort of things would be another venue- who knows, maybe the "other guys" will loan you some of their stuff to evaluate; testing grounds are fine, but nothing tells the tale like spending days on the job and making it happen. Glad to see Big Orange appreciates all the great exposure you have given them- TBH, your 90 Series has done the job really well from my side of the camera- you couldn't use a smaller, lighter skid steer to handle the big trusses, as it would be much sketchier and dangerous for all you people and risk damage to the job- your wife would not approve! PS; I don't know about the credit- all I did was eat too much pop corn while you, Gregg and the rest busted butt to get the jobs done and done well.
You forgot to talk about the little draped door in the floor of the cab in front. So u can wash the mud and stuff out.. no other machine is so easy to clean out.. And interesting information, those Cat skid steers have Kubota engines in them.. I am sure u will enjoy those machines.
That was very...professional intro! You have some nice toys, Kyle! Can't wait to see them in next projects! Kubota are some reliable machines. Some feel too pricey but you get what you pay for (Mahindra=junk, Kioti=not a Kubota, but affordable Korean tractors, Yanmar=2nd to Kubota as a Japanese company in diesel-tractor motors, I won't go into Cat or other known domestic brands as I mostly see RU-vidrs with Kubotas (small excavators) or Yanmar (small excavators) or Terex (skidsteers). I realize that Kubota has domestic plants in Illinois and Georgia. Yanmar also resells its engines rebranded under John Deere. Yanmar is also assembled in Georgia. Personally, I would like to have those Kubota's :) along with a small dump and triple axle trailer to move to job sites. Could you do some videos of setup when getting the lift rigging on the skidsteer (as a crane) or trenching/using the excavator and thumb? What attachments do you have? (I guess from the talk, a post hole digger, bucket, lift...and for the excavator a narrow and wide bucket, plus thumb. Thanks for sharing!
Good for you Kyle! Glad to see a quality builder getting some things thrown his way ! Now the big question?? Are you gonna let Greg Drive it? It’s is a chick magnet you know? At least some selfies to show around??
You mentioned the added weight..Hows that going to affect your towing. Will you need more truck and trailer.. I actually want to see the excavator :) love those mini’s..Should be great if your doing foundation work or building a pad and grading...can’t wait to see them in action.Kubota makes some decent gear
I wish you had not cut the scene of you getting in. Seems very tight. What do you do one foot in spin and fall into seat? Or is it so cramped it is very hard to get in.
I'd be curious to see you do your post hole digging with the mini. I know the auger on the skid steer is still more efficient, but some of us own backhoes and not skid steers. How different would it be digging the holes instead of augering. Just a thought. Love the channel, you and Greg definitely set a level of craftsmanship, for us to aspire to.
Mike... digging holes is messy and you disturb too much native soil that's properly (naturally compacted) around the footing holes. Auguer is clean, fast and preserves the integrity of the foundation so you don't have sloppy posts, and then a ton of backfill and compaction to do. If you only have one option, then that's what you do, but if you have a commercial auger with a high hp hydraulic pump like in a skid steer, then you most definitely use that.
The high flow would be beneficial if you were operating a forestry head where you need 35 gallons of flow per minute to power the drum that weighs 2500 pounds. It's all about mass. Very surprised that Kubota is using a key start and not a keypad. Install a battery cutoff and a lock for the compartment. Unlike you, when I need a machine, I rent one. Sometimes it's a Cat, other times a Bobcat, and others a Kubota. It all depends on machine availability. Your old machine with 600 hours was still a virgin. She would be worth a good penny on trade or outright sale. The kick in the pants is going to be hydraulic fittings. They're not all created equal. A can of brake cleaner and some rags stored on machine will keep the system clean. DEF adds complexity and is problematic with the regeneration cycles.
Just found and subscribed. Question: Could you discuss the JCB 3TS-8T Tele-skid Compact Track Loader VS. Kubota 95-2s? Was there a large price difference etc? My friend has the Kubota 95-2s and excavator - he likes them. He also has a Bobcat miniskid. Your thoughts on my question would be very helpful - Thanks!
It'd be nice if you told us exactly how Kubota partnered with you. Did they give you the machine? Discount? Pay you to make a video about? Transparency is always a good thing.
You said to comment what we would like to see you do with the machine so... I want to see a 1/8mi drag race with a self propelled lawn mower. Nice tractor nonetheless! Looking forward to seeing it in whatever paces you put it through.
I have a thick cedar and tamarack forest and have hired someone to come out for 8 hours of work, any idea of how much trail they will be able to do in 8 hours? I have about 2000 yards marked off and wondering if 8 hours will be enough time?
I have a general question that I was hoping you can help me with. I am located in Wyoming and currently have a 40 X 80 foot building with 10 foot ceilings and a 4/12 pitch. All of my rough framing for the roof and walls is done. I am in an area that commonly has periods of high winds (20 to 40 mph) and I wanted to know if I should put up my ZIp sheathing first or the roof panels to minimize my chances for wind damage to the roof? Progress is slow as I am doing the work mostly by myself with randomly available part time help. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
