Between listening to the music and your olives its so relaxing to just sit back and have all the ideas on constant playing all day. A neither was over and after about a hr he asked me what i had. Been cold here in Minnesota. 19 degrees this morning. Restarted my outdoor boiler this Past Tuesday. Supposed to be cold here till next Thursday. Hopefully can shut it down for the season after that. Wind has been blowing non stop. Those root grapples are so handy. Love the new Kubota.

That new skid steer continues to impress me and the new Grapple is a perfect fit seems to be very unlimited in it's ability and I do remember when you got that grapple you unloaded with the tractor and the truck driver made a comment the grapple will fully load your tractor with nothing in it haha

Mike your doing a great job running the equipment you have. Your careful, meticulous and smooth with all your machines. You don't over tax them and you don't abuse them. All signs of a well trained and proficient operator who will get the job done correctly without tearing up the very expensive equipment. I have been an operator since the 1960's and my father was a journeyman operator before me so I know a little bit about operating machinery and taking care of them to make them last. I very much enjoy and applaud what you and Melissa are building as a family business through your partnership in marriage. Best wishes for continued success. Ps. If you'll move your left control lever a-little further to the left and right when turnings you'll counter rotate your tracks which will provide several benefits in addition to tearing up the ground less when turning. Also a feature you hopefully have is ride control on your machines(tractor loaders and skidsteer). When traveling distances with or without any load the loader arms float up and down which allows the operator to ride comfortably without being bounced around and the loader to absorb the bumps. This creates less stress on the loader and loader arms.! Ask your salesman about this feature if not equipped on your machines, you wont regret it, it will make a huge difference. It can be added to any of your machines even though it may not be currently equipped .

That grapple is a workhorse for sure, but my favorite is still the Granite grapple you had on Forrest.👍

What a BEAST that Kubota is

Mike, you should look at the Cat loaders and how they have the loops at the bottom of the left loader arm for the hydraulic hoses so that you can’t stretch them or run over them. I’m not sure if Kubota makes a bolt on option for your machine but it looks like it would work perfectly for you.

I think that Kubota track loader looks so much more sturdy w the logs. I didn't see it bounce or sway at all. I was so happy w your investment w the excavator, I just knew it would pay for itself, today I'm convinced the skid steer is an even better investment! That machine is going to be put to work on all your property. Now if I was Melissa, I'd be biting at the bit to learn to operate it! I love it Mike, I'm looking forward to many, many videos to come. Find some used utility poles to stack your firewood poles on. Works great & they’ll outlast you! Love your channel. One of my favorites.

" I wouldn't want that to be a WHOOPS, you know?!" Well said Melissa!!!

When we put our V60 grapple on our Takeuchi, we didn't put the hose through the hose holder off to the side like you did. We when from the fittings directly in front of the operator, ran the hoses through a small bungee cord that we hooked through a hole in the bottom of the cross member on the loader arms in front of the operator, then ran the hoses over to the skid steer mounted supply and return fittings. That way all the excess hydraulic hose is between the loader arms and its easier for the operator to see so you don't snag them on anything.

I will agree that when your hand and eye come easy with the grapple, you will then really appreciate the amount that its capable of. I do wish to know if you seen the "Iron Fist" grapple that Tractor time with Tim just recently displayed on his channel. I don't think I ever seen a tool that could improve a skid steer anymore than that can do as its ability to grab so much material, shake dirt out an then move the trash it just cleaned up. It has to be on my top three tools I would love to try myself... as for merch ideas, it would be great to have Mellisa's image running the skidsteer or even the excavator. Your partner in life has to be a very rare commodity. She reinstates my faith in women who really do love and care about their husband. I still sting going on thirty five years ago having my heart ripped out. I believe she is very rare in these times Mike. I just never hear or see people rarely say... oh we been married for twenty or more years now. I just hope I haven't overstepped my .... just can't find the word but I try not to be offensive
