passing on some very useful knowledge he'll be grateful later on and making some cherished memories for you both to talk about for years, absolutely awesome Ben
That young fella runs his Kubota very skillfully and does very deliberate work. Seems he reminds me of someone. Wonder if he can narrate and edit videos like that older fella(Ben). Thanks for video. Love to see what you can do with smaller equipment.
Ben, life is short and we are not promised tomorrow. Enjoy what the Lord provides. Do not worry about weather we like the content. Never not liked what you offer on the channel. Thank you. Please keep posting .
Nice work teaching, and your son loves it and is pretty darn good at grading! I'm still in Apprentice Stage with My new Box Blade by Tarter. I could tell your son was a go getter when I saw Him jump in and take the initiative digging out the storm drain. Never could imagine he was about to impress 50,000 people operating that Blade? Hey, you guys in Harlan County Kentucky by chance? Sure looks familiar to Me even though that was 40 years ago! Gett'n old sucks, I don't give a damn what some say! I'll take my 25-30ish back at the drop of a dime! Good Work Gentlemen.
@@khtractors Oh Man! I nailed it! One of the best trips I ever did with a buddy in the Air Force back in '83. Bert was from there so I took My jeep from Wright patterson AFB and went right there at the "Cumberland Gap"! What a blast downing a pickle jar of sweet corn .............ya know, and hunting water moccasins up in a holler. Riding on the hood of a Cadillac. Damn snake was still alive after carrying a limp dead snake for 25 minutes! Not nerves, He high tailed it out of there! Good times, good people, memory I'll never forget. i'M from outside Reno next to the Sierra Nevada's again, things have changed here for the worse. Sure liked it there. I know the mines got hurt and will never recover? Anyhow, no wonder a Father and Son made such a striking impression filming a tractor! Good ol Southern hospitality! Take care, Mitch Carson City, Nevada.
@@snurb48 you did a great job guessing the location. I feel we still are living somewhat in the past here, things are good and so are the people for the most part. The mines are definitely not what they once were but doing somewhat decent. Mostly big corporations now and no small independent operations like when I was younger. Great hearing from you!
you all probably dont care at all but does anybody know of a tool to log back into an Instagram account? I somehow forgot the password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me.
@Dax Jaden i really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and I'm in the hacking process atm. I see it takes quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Kubota Monster thank you! I really enjoy your videos! One reason I wanted the BX is to give my kids experience on a tractor. It’s a lot less intimidating to learn on compared to the bigger tractors.
@@khtractors Yeah it's good that the kids get on the machines and learn. My dad did the same to me. Pretty soon you will be able to take a nap while he does all the work lol.
@@juantransportador you should be able to click on the little thumbnail of mine and it will take you to my home page. Once there click on videos and all my uploads will show up. Thanks!
Just curious, I see you're digging in rocks but do you sharpen those shovels? One of my nephews was helping us lay a new water line for my mom a couple of months ago and having quite the struggle with the shovel he was using. I asked him to let me see it, took one glance at the edge and it was as dull as the day it was bought. I handed him mine and told him to try it. He almost jarred his foot because mine cut right in. Amazed, he looked at me like "wtf??" I told him to look at the edge of it and he was dumbstruck to see a nice sharp edge on it. I laughed and told him I would be mad if somebody gave me his shovel and asked me to dig with it. I'm guessing his shovel got sharpened before he used it again. Lol
No I haven’t sharpened these. But a neighbor of mine use to dig graves for a living and would sharpen his shovels. You could shave with them! They did really good with squaring up the walls of the grave once dug. Thanks
We adjusted the lift arm link to put a tilt on the blade to help give the road a slope. This particular blade doesn’t have a tilt adjustment only the angle. I hope that answers your question. Thanks
If you get one that will tilt and angle they are very handy. I use my big rear blade a lot. It and a box blade both have their place. For me I’d choose a rear angle tilt blade over a box blade anytime. Thanks and have a great day!
Randy Richard I appreciate the suggestions, it would be easier going down hill. We started at the pipe to keep the dirt and gravel pulled away from it. Since the gravel washes down hill we pulled it back up hill. We only pushed the dirt and leaves over the bank and the gravel filled in at the edge of the asphalt. Have a good day and thanks for watching!
young man , u need to look into this kind stone , want hardly wash out , I live down the hill , want wash out my let , doing a great job > D - BALLAST STONE
Kory Dowell I definitely would depending on your uses. For light grading and mowing it’s great! It’s has an excellent cut quality with the 60” mid mount deck!
Just don't add the curtis cab, it makes it very top heavy. At that side angle, (5:47 and forward) you'll feel like it's going to tip over. I had a BX2370 and loved it, traded for a new 2380 with the cab and hate it! Any slope at all, even as minimal as the one in this video, makes it feel like it'll go over at any time.
