Thank you so much. you just saved me a headache. Spent the last 30 minutes looking for the starting issue on my bx1880 with 16.3 hours.... already had the quick connect hydro manifold replaced on my unit (when it had .4 hours). You have yourself a great day!!
@@starastronomer it was leaking the day it was delivered so they replaced both the tractor side and loader side hydraulics including the manifold connection. It's already leaking again so I'm calling the dealership tomorrow morning :-/
@@starastronomer the tech that worked on it said every 1 out of 4 or 5 bx's he sees leaks there. I knew about the possibility of having the leak but thought I'd get lucky! I was wrong haha. I'll try and post here what happens
Man that sucks but even the best have an issue from time to time. I bought a brand new Harley and on the second ride it died. Turns out the fuse panel had come lose allowing some wires to come undone.
Chuck my Kubota BX 2370 will outrun any subcompact out there Boss. The John Deere I had before it was complete JUNK. The Kubota I had before the Deere that I inherited from my Grandfather who bought it new ran for 33 years problem free.
I have the three year earlier version of this piece of shit and let me tell you bud, if you can get your money back, do it. I have had so many problems with mine including refusing to start. Instrument panel is completely fucked now and it does not show tach, fuel or engine temp. Loads of hydraulic leeks constantly need fixing. I will never ever buy another kubota after this shit heap. The dealers suck, the warranty sucks and basically once they have your money they dont give rats ass.
Country Prepper...I have 66 hours on it now. I did have a second issue but that is attributed in my opinion to not being prepped properly by the selling dealer. No issues...has ran flawlessly. I did have a BX2230 prior to getting this unit. Do the maintenance and it should last a very long time. I use this on my 4 acre lot.
@@starastronomer I know it was frustrating for you at first, this stuff happens to Evey maker. I have 10 acre mini farm that I live on and 40 acres across the street "mostly timber" so far so good for me. I am VERY pleased. I looked at used bx tractors with 1,800 hours and people wanted 3-5 thousand less than a new one and I got min with zero percent interest so I got the new one. Hopefully you have the bugs fixed👍 thanks for the videos
Look at the tag on the frame behind the rear wheels. Should say made in Gainsville, Georgia. I agree with a previous poster. That was a hack fix. They should have used a proper terminal with a lock tab that seats the connector correctly in the socket, then the socket pushes all connectors onto the relay terminals. Service dept at your dealer is a joke.
new 3301 Kubota from in,villa Rica ga. beshears. never know when it will start. First 5 work hours got stuck in pasture . first pto. return spring popped off . I finally fixed myself. charge from dealer for pickup. now 60 hrs and know of all. safeties that stick. many hours work on tractor. never know when I will have to troubleshoot. when it runs it is a good tractor. May have been mistake to pay cash.
