As a child everything is full of life colour and excitement but as you grow older the colours seem to fade until there's nothing but emptiness but there some moments worth keeping so keep getting back up and make the colours bright again.this might sound cheesy or cringe but all well

she really does bring color into my life. where I see grey, where I see only myself making mistakes, making a fool of myself, feeling inadequate... she shines in like the sun. she helps me see the colors again, where I thought there was none to see. whether or not you have someone in your life like that right now, I want you to hold on to the hope that there is color in this life. there is a joy that can break through the midst of hardship, heartache... and it doesn't have to be in the form of a significant other like I'm so lucky to have. sometimes it's just the music that brings color. it's your favorite cereal you eat for breakfast. it's the ocean waves drifting onto the beach. it's the sport you love to play. there's so much color around us. that doesn't mean it won't be bleak sometimes or even a lot of the time... but as far as i'm concerned, even a little color is enough for me to keep going.

while i was listening to this song, it would bring up memories that were special to me, happy, relaxing, comforting and i was really glad for that. i don't know why but i since i started watching anime, i got attached to the lofi genre and man, all those songs, especially kudasai songs, make me feel somewhat special. God, this music does something to you. I've only listened to six of his songs so far (including this one) and I've already had various trains of thoughts that I shouldn't be concerned about at my age. I should be enjoying life, but i'm not. I'm a lonely couch potato who does nothing, most of the time not even being able to make his own decisions, but this music is moving. It forces me to think and make decisions concerning the future, like how I need to stop being antisocial and make friends, what legacy will I leave behind, what do I do, what's the point, and now because of this music everything seems transparent, meaningless. Perhaps it is just the somnolence accompanying a late night that is awakening a strong emotion within me, but I feel like sharing that I’ve just been listening to many songs that fill me with nostalgia. Like soundtracks for games that bring me back to my childhood. But this song here... it gently pulls me into a state of reminiscence of more recent events in my life. Bittersweet memories, ones that try to coax tears from my eyes. Listening to this particular piece, I go back to an evening of walking along a shore with a friend of mine. In that moment, we didn’t say much at all, or at least nothing too important. It was during that same trip however that this friend and I grew closer. At the time we were just getting to know each other. How we ended up on a trip together? I fail to recall the details that could answer that question. One night, as the trip’s week was drawing to a conclusion, I felt like I could be vulnerable around this friend of mine (we shared a room). I spoke of things that I had never told anyone else. I was comforted that night and I was happy to have brought my friend with me. Unfortunately, our friendship isn’t now what it once was. During that time, and through years following that week, I was struggling with some things and I admit that I grew selfish. I began shutting people out-including my dear friend. Because of this, I’m almost certain that the reason we grew farther apart over the months was that I became very cold and distant. Simply, my friend was tired of putting up with my refusal to accept the help he promised to give. I was too blind to see that my friend was more than willing to offer support, and I still upbraid myself for pushing him away like I didn’t care. After a few years of being separated due to life being cruel that way, I was finally given a chance to mend the ties I severed with him. It’s not the same, but it’s better than living with fear that I’d never be able to make up for how bad of a friend I was being. I’d say that our friendship, though not the same, is definitely much healthier, now that I’m in a much better place than I used to be, Anyway, that’s the last long and excessively personal, comment from me tonight. 😅 I don’t care if no one sees this. My tired mind just wanted to post sappy stuff publicly for no good reason. Haha I guess I just want to land this comment expressing just how much I’m in love with this song, even though it fills me with sorrow as well as peace. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Now that things are better than they once were, I actually find peace in going back to my darker days, knowing that I lived through it. Music, especially like this, is a great way for me to look back while also living in the moment and seeing the difference between who I was and who I am now. 😊 That’s an odd way to end a comment, so I’ll just end it by saying good night, even if it’s just to myself. 😂

Estou em 2023 e ainda escuto as musicas do kudasai, ikigai, e dentre outros. Esse estilo de musica e tao cativante e tranquilo que me faz me sentir tao calmo e tranquilo, lembro me de ouvindo esse som diversas vezes em madrugadas geladas e momentos no quao eu estava triste, e essas musicas acalmaram meu coraçao. Isso e uma das coisas mais incriveis que uma musica pode fazer para alguem.

After I broke up with my ex-boyfriend, he sent me this song saying that it was me. Even though our relationship wasn't the best for us, I still come back to this song when I need time to remember all of the good memories of our relationship. Or when i need a reason to cry.
