Don't fall into believing those labels for yourself. They are designed to make people feel bad about who they are. Just love yourself and enjoy yourself and your body will find its happy place!

I was suffering from really painful menstrual cramps for the past two days - but then I remembered Kukuwa Fitness. I just did this 15 minute workout and my pain is almost gone! Much love from The Netherlands

You three are like my besties in my head! The workouts on the website are just as epic!! Literally the best few dollars I spent all year (no exaggeration!!). I have been doing daily workouts for YEARS. This is the first workout in life that has ever made me emotional. I just "felt" this workout in my spirit. Somehow I even knew many of the moves before you even demonstrated them. It's amazing how much Africa has survived in us diaspora folks despite all we have been through. Even the music sounds just like our Caribbean music, despite being from all across the continent. You ladies are beautiful (the master trainer even looks exactly like a much fitter version of me)! Thank you for moving me literally and figuratively. I will definitely be joining your platform. So blessed to have had this as my final workout of 2020.
