I get reminded of my tutor who would say I have repeated the formula 100 times repeating again day before exam.The beerbiceps should be more prepared for interviewing Rajarshi Nandy so that deeper concepts comes out. BeerBiceps should not ask permutation combination questions. Please read on topics meditate then come to interview this great Tantra practitioner. I do sahajyog meditation, I feel energy flow from mooladhar chakra to sahastrar as well cosmic energy flowing from sahastrar to root chakra. I AM doing it from 2009.I love it bcz shri Mataji have emphasis on I am my own Master so we are our own Guru ,& surprisingly I have noticed our inner mind guide us .when you need any guidance go in meditation & ask divine guidance and you will definitely get it,as well we learn to maneg everything at energy level. Using this I have activated all my chakra on my own

Before you do any yogic practice directly involving the awakening of Kundalini, I can reveal that you must first dissolve energetic knots (so-called granthis) existing in your pranic body. Otherwise Kundalini could, when awakened, get stuck at one of the knots and cause a Kundalini Syndrome, with symptoms resembling a psychosis. You can dissolve the knots by performing Maha Bandha, which is a yogic technique that in turn includes the three bandhas of: Mula Bandha, Uddiyana Bandha and Jalandhara Bandha. You should also perform Khechari Mudra together with Maha Bandha, because this mudra helps with dissolving the knots even faster. If you would be interested in how these techniques are performed, I demonstrate all of them step-by-step in a video about Maha Bandha, which you can find in my channel. Do not hesitate to let me know if you should have any questions, I would be glad to assist you further with dissolving the knots.

@@akashmitra5590 Thank you for your comment. Expert guidance is indeed a boon for the yogic practitioner. However, know that it is a common misconception that you would always need the physical presence of a guru for proper guidance. No, what you need is to be provided with the correct spiritual tools - such as how to dissolve the knots - and someone to answer any questions you might have, which I always will be glad to do. In fact, the main reason I have chosen to emerge from my self-imposed yogic isolation is to help others in their practice by providing them these spiritual tools and making the original teachings of yoga available to everyone. In earlier times, proponents of yoga such as for example Svatmarama and Patanjali had to rely on the written word to spread the teachings, but nowadays we have video - closer to a private teacher relationship - and this coupled with the advent of the internet has provided me an opportunity, I simply can not let pass by, to spread the original teachings of yoga to greater parts of the world than previously possible. Now concerning Hatha Yoga, I can say that while the practice of Maha Bandha certainly exist in traditions of Hatha Yoga, dissolving the knots and Maha Bandha are not exclusive to Hatha Yoga and is more of a technical practicality involving your own bodily safety. To use a modern analogy, dissolving the knots before doing any Kundalini practices, could be likened to the importance of always putting on a seat belt before you start the engine of an automobile. If you should have any questions concerning this or about any part of your yogic practice, do not hesitate to let me know and I will be glad to assist you at my earliest convenience.

This can be thought in a simple way or in a complicated way it depends on people. To awaken the kundalini one person should have a very strong desire. If the desire is not strong the action may not come up properly . So sometimes the guru may not succeed in fulfilling his mission to awaken it to a seeker. That is the main reason why kundalini awakening might fail for some people. The person must be ready for this to take himself to a higher state. When a guru is raising the kundalini for a person that is where it can be awakened more strongly in the presence of a very strong realized guru a realized soul. For that people use to go himalayas do tapasyas prayers yoga etc to attain that energy and that time a guru use to pick one or 2 disciples out of all to give that energy whom they felt were in that stage to be given. Those seekers this energy was activated in a fraction of seconds. But here the point is all gurus may not be realized souls and some gurus may not be efficient enough in awakening this within a seeker. It needs utmost devotion the one who surrenders fully to the guru who is strongly realized soul . Not all of them were successful to achieve that state or receiving self realization from a guru due to so many reasons.

Everyone has psychic abilities. You can practice and improve them if you'd like to help people. Some people have some abilities already awakened. I have my clairvoyance, clairaudience, claircognizance, and clairsentience. Sometimes, I also get clairgustance and clairalience. And they improve automatically when you meditate. Dont even think about it. Kundalini is high intense fire. If it rises in uncontrolled manner, it can affect the organs easily. I saw a person become psychiatric patient (bipolar disorder) after doing swara yoga.( obviously any kind of sadhana can initiate kundalini). I did kunalini yoga by retaining sperm for several year and it created a path way (sperm = 50% akayam + 50% water). The akayam element is key role in creating path way. For me i got dpression, anxiety, sleep disorder etc, I practice Taichi to counter it now. I stopped the yoga long years back but still I am unable to handle the energy. Astral travel is happening, present, past and future is shown in dream, basically astral travel goes to different plane to see akashik records and shows this as dream. What is the point of having this without a proper guru, Rajarishi Nandy is very clear in depicting things. My humble Namaskar to him

Kundalini awakening is easier and don't need any gurus for Twinflames because by birth they are divine. Please make podcasts about Twinflames or Shiv-Shakti energy or Radha Krishna energy. Like Shiv-Shakti there are divine love stories on Earth as well. Many people are not aware about it.

Forget about kundalini just do bhakti and enjoy your life and take care of your parents. Trust me if not me trust sadguru, Kundalini is not worth it. There are 114 ways to achieve enlightenment, kundalini path is just one of them and toughest one for karma yogi, it will mess you emotionally for sure if not physically. If you still want to do it, go to famous tantra guru in kamakhya or om Swami, gurunath ji, or abdhut baba Shivanand ji shivyogi or isha foundation. Else don't enter this path. God bless you

The ones who give chakra meditation workshop and kundalini meditation workshops should demonstrate first the powers obtained through it. No one Who talks about it in RU-vid seems to have achieved it in the first place by themselves.

No one in their sane mind is doing this for powers. As Rajshri sir said, powers are a side effect of the sadhana. Don't make them an ego-boost thing. They're normal abilities everyone has. Some just start using them, that's it.

@@EsoteriaHealing The point here is not refuting siddhas are side effects of sadhana, but the advertising of the side effects and promoting them more than sadhana itself. Chakras, healing, crystals, astrology or Haha Yoga are all being promoted as a pursuit to obtain siddhis. Siddhis are extended version of a common man's wish for living a disease free, suffering free, blissful, powerful life as long as breathes their last breath. The core for sadhana is enquiring the nature of life itself. Which no one promoting these practices advises or talks about or even have an idea why these practices exist in first place. So let that be, atleast show the power which they claim to obtain while doing meditation on a particular chakra, but they don't do that too. I'm just saying the general mentality behind the clients and teachers in this field. Mostly it's ripping off in the name of spirituality.

Kundalini awakening without a Guru guiding the person is a perilous and harmful state for any human being.Once its awakened then its never going back.A kundalini Awakened person will see the complete raw and ultimate truth of this world without any filter or judgement which many people can't handle. Its a highly sensitive and awakened state .People who can handle it should go forward and experience the ultimate truth.

Rajarshi Nandi is wrong lol he is saying you are creating fake copy of deity that's ridiculous he don't understand tantra and siprituality. There is no difference between wht he says deity and true deity living in higher realms. These differences he had created because of lack of shraddha towards the manifestation of deity because of sadhana its his own. Maya. Look in siprituality wht you belive and feel deity behave with according to your bhava towards him. If you think the manifestation is fake it will act fake. If you have absolute shradha he is parmeshwara he is not fake. The illusion of fake deity and real deity in higher realm is self hypnosis and illusion created by rajrishi nandis own belif these belifs are not helpfull for masses who who are listening this podcast these are only going to misguide them. And create a similar kind of illusion within those who had huge devotion and respect to Mr. Nandi. Here is a humble request be careful while wht you ard staying because you have influence over million peoples. With great power comes great responsibility. There is nothing like real deity and fake deity. Most important guna is shraddha. Sharadha para devta. You reality and fakeness of devta prakatya depends on your shardha. Its law of siprituality and tantra that ishwar will manifest in glory in form of deity his manifestation is going to be directly proportional to level of shardha you have for him . Or wht you say manifestation. So dont create these illusive thoughts of fake deity and real deity.

Lol you r wrong. He is saying that When we do jaap we create an astral projection of deity and when our mind is pure and when u have done sufficient upasana of the deity, the main deity takes over. Do you think when some one is doing negative prayog using mantras of mahavidyas that the main goddess is doing it? no it's the astral projection which is doing it. Another example is when someone is doing the sadhana of mahavidya but they are scared, so it can cause a negative effect on that individual, here too it's not the main mahavidya doing it.
