I have listened to your meditations nearly every day for over 6 months, but none has made me full on cry like this one did tonight. Thank you so much, Rasa, for helping me connect with myself in that way. Your videos, and making this a daily practice, have had a most profound and positive effect on my life. I'm sleeping better than I have, maybe ever. I've been plagued by nightmares since I was a small child. It has caused decades of insomnia and restless sleep. Then the anxiety and stress that comes with not sleeping well just makes things worse. I've made a few other changes in my daily routine, but I firmly believe that guided meditations and affirmations at bedtime have made all of the difference. Better sleep at night has lead to happier, more hopeful days with less anxiety and less feelings of depression. I cannot thank you enough. You are a blessing! ❤❤❤

I absolutely love your energy and positive changes you bring to myself and everyone who is fortunate enough to find your channel. Been listening to you for over 3 years and have shared with many others. Blessed and grateful for all you do. Thank you. @@purarasa I listened to one of your meditations that I really love but I can't find it again. It also had a bridge, but it was not a rainbow bridge. I think we may have been meeting our higher self on the other side or possibly our Spirit guides. I've been trying to find this meditation again for a couple of weeks! This was one of the most amazing experiences. The rainbow 🌈 was so vivid and so bright there were times I felt like I needed to close my eyes but they were already closed 😊. You never fail to provide the best meditations for us. Much love ❤️ to you 🌈

Dear Rasa, me and my hubby have been listening to mostly your meditations for over a year and a half and we can feel the love and dedication you put in them. Thank you! This i have to say, is one of your better meditations, i surround my living space with healing crystals, when i use my tibetan singing bowl, i can hear my crystals vibrate, this meditation, i can feel right through my body. I feel again cleansed and reenergized
