Exactly what I need: Kundalini yoga in slow motion, close to Yin Yoga (due to my current health condition, I can’t practice intensive yoga), short, AND with you, guys 🤗❤️❤️. Wow, all in one 😃👏👏. I found it very beneficial for me. So, I’m taking this practice as a challenge for 40 days, starting June 7th 😊. I call it “40 days and beyond of Happiness”. Yes, I’m gonna do it every single morning with you, raising up my energy. Feel so excited about it 😊. Will definitely update you with my feelings. Thank you so much again, dear Clelia 🙏🏻💖.
