Thank you so much! I was feeling a little achy and fatigued this afternoon with some water retention in my joints, and this practice was so accessible at that place. It's truly amazing how it somehow doesn't seem to require more physical energy to provide more energy to the body 🫶🙏. I finished feeling nurtured, calmed, and more balanced. I have loved all the videos I've done with you, and am excited to continue. 🙏 Namaste
Thank you Salimah for sharing this simple, effective and powerful kundalini yoga practice. I never realized that the pain I experienced with the spinal tap or lumbar tap I had before, an invasive procedure is somehow energetically connected to the family conflicts. And it also shows me how I am disconnected with my lower bodies especially the legs and toes. Gratitude to you. Sat Nam.
I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga with You (Salimah) and Your team for the last Year . I've used many of Your videos to support me in my healing and evolutionary process . This Video for me is my most favorite practice thus far ; as I deeply appreciate the diversity of focus across and throughout the whole body . Thank You for Your sacred offering , for Your Love , and for continuing to be in such a precious and Divine service to us all . I give thanks . I plan to focus on this specific practice for 40 days . Much Love .
This is beautiful thank you. I've been doing the PTSD one for a while now and needed to switch things up a little. This feels like a perfect follow on, do you think so? Have a wonderful day! ❤🙏🌈
Hi. Thank your for your video to encourage spinal health. My father is a paraplegic. Could you please make a Kundalini video for the spine but be completely seated?
Very good class but the subtitles are exactly on the exercise 😂 maybe it will be better on the top of the video.. In any case thanks 🙏 I follow you from Italy 🇮🇹
Sat Nam, Salimah, Thank you for always explaining what the postures, pranayama and meditations are doing fornn by us. A question: How do I go about becoming a yoga therapist in the yoga we practice? I’m KRI certified level 1. In gratitude, Pritpal Kaur Drury
Hello Pritpal - I’m so glad you found your way here. We all take a slightly different approach to the teachings. I did my yoga therapist training in Toronto. The school has since closed.
Thank you Salimah, there was a moment when I felt a sudden and deep rush of sadness and I couldn't help to cry a little, however at the end I felt refreshed, quite a cathartic and powerful kriya. Much love.
