Kure Beach Pier Fishing Using a Got-Cha Lure

In this video we travel to the nearby Kure beach pier to try to catch some fish. We ended up catching some bluefish and ladyfish on the gotcha lure while we caught pinfish on a hook and sinker rig. Anyway thanks for watching and please like and subscribe.

The fish that you gave to the guy was a lady fish the second fish u caught on a gotcha was a bluefish and the fish u unhooked for the kid was a blue runner

yes there is a difference between a bluefish and a blue runner. The fish you called a bluefish at 5:10 was actually a blue runner. Blue runners are in the jack family. They don't get as large as bluefish but both bluefish and blue runners make great bait for king mackerel.

It’s pronounced Cure-E. The Kure family still has descendants on the island and that is how they say it is pronounced.

Please don’t do what this jerk did and taunt “George” the bird. He is out there to enjoy the company of his presence, minding his own business. No other piers has a bird that stays there all the time. Also, handling of the fish in the Manner you did by trying to step on it just to get the hook on to let it go. Everyone wonders why there are extremely strict fishing limits in this country and this is one example. Try and use gloves or towel when holding onto the fish to get hooks out if your going to let them go and dont try and step on them.
