Method:
1 lb Okra (Bhindi)
Washed damp dried then sliced in the middle and took out all the seeds
Long Okra will be perfect then thinly sliced
2 Tbsp Rice flour
4 Tbsp Chickpeas flour
1 Tbsp chili powder (per your taste)
1 Tbsp Cumin Coriander powder
1 Tsp Chaat powder
1 Tsp Salt ( per your taste)
1 Tsp Dry mango powder
Oil to fry
