It is crazy how people criticise Courtney and don't think they are also criticising Kurt. Like, when people say Courtney was only interested in Kurt because he was the lead singer of a band...it's actually a pretty big dig at Kurt. Like, if he hadn't been the lead singer of Nirvana, is he unlovable? And yeah, is he so weak and small minded that he can't make his own decisions? Different events that ended with Kurt's guns taken away, and in the 1993 one, with Kurt in jail. Kurt said in interviews he had tried to kill people when he was upset and that he knew he was capable of killing. He also hit a bouncer with a guitar, leaving an open wound in the bouncer's head. I would say Kurt was as violent as Courtney.

Kurt was scared of being in front of the press since he thought they were going to ask him about Courtney's cuts and how he choked her. Courtney wasn't attending the awards because she was supposed to record her album that week, and yet she postponed and played the happy wife for his sake. PS. Courtney refused to cooperate with authorities for months and the case was finally dismissed. Had Courtney declared everything that was written by the policemen who showed up at the Cobain residence was true, Kurt would have spent some time in jail.

I feel like the both of them were out of it. Both were far from sober and wouldn’t be a good match. I believe that Courtney didn’t kill Kurt although there are a few things that are convincing, I still don’t believe it. Then again I can’t say for a fact that she didn’t and neither can u say she did because we both don’t know shit about his death.
