It's funny how your perspective on things changes with time. I remember watching these VMAs as a teen and to me, Kurt seemed like a larger than life individual, a God. Reflex i agree with your statement to a certain extent. when you’re as depressed as Kurt was, with suicidal thoughts, you tend to push people away. i wouldn’t necessarily say it was their fault. there WERE people who saw how sad he was and i’m sure they wanted to help, they just didn’t quite know how to.

I love observing Kurt's Body Language, he's a complicated man. Courtney's body language and presence is so aggressive and combative, Francis is so loved. I have an incredibly close relationship with my father and I can see his love, his everything is his daughter, shit makes me emotional because she was robbed of the love that a great father gives to his daughter and a daughter who thinks her dad is a superhero. I wish so much she got the chance to have that. This is a high point in his life, he has the chance to give his daughter the life he didn't have growing up. If he wanted to kill himself he would have done it before he had a child. Nothing will ever change my mind about that.

I e been a Nirvana fan since they came into the scene in 1991. I was 15 at the time and I must say there was a noticeable change in the way he was prior to 1992 compared to 1993 and his death in 1994. He was burnt out, married to Courtney who was just trash and unfortunately exposed to hardcore drugs. He’d still be around I think if it wasn’t for her.

I saw a stressed out wife/mom trying to help her socially-anxious husband who clearly looked high or coming down.
