Amma, you are so natural, confident and strong. With all these ,your smile makes you more beautiful. You are One classical example for "agathin azhagu mugathil theriyum". Highly impressive. I like you mentioning everyone "kuzhandaigal" ... so much lovable from the depth of your heart When you said "Ammanu sollumbodu aasirvadikkanum nu thonudu " shows your generosity and nature of accepting everyone. While cooking you teach all nuances of the dish with traditional touch. It helps this generation to learn better. All above mentioned are not to judge you amma just my thoughts... pray God to give you and your family good health and happiness 😊

Hello Aunty/ AnnaI tried kushpoo idli but it was very hard after using sago. I soaked the sago and rice with hot water. Please advise.. Thank you.. sridevie
You are an inspiration to me mami... I made my son's favorite mysorepak after seeing your video. He always used to say that my mysorepak 'rocks' ...( not as a compliment... but as a comment on how hard it is...hehehe...) but yesterday you removed that comment from my history....It is the most amazing mysore pak I have ever made... the tips you give like oil and ghee changed the whole thing. My next mission is the kushbhoo idli.... Thanks a lot for inspiring us... And, of course, what an energetic cameraman!!! stay blessed Ganesh!
Kushboo idli ku thottuka Sundar C mari osaramana bottle la molaga podi. Super. Ganesh bro saptu review sollaliye. Mama's comparison of kushboo idli to ice cream was really novel. He looked so happy.
Planning to make this for the weekend, however I use rice:urad ratio of 5:1 (using wet grinder). Can I retain the same measure or does it need to be 4:1? Also rice and urad I usually soak for 1.5hrs, how long do we need to soak for this recipe? How long should the sago be soaked? Thanks in advance :)
Maami somebody was adding soaked Castorseeds(Amanakku seeds) or Castor oil but you did not add it. Pls tell me if its mandatory. If so what is the reason and it's benefits.
