Kutfeji Black Fig | A Very Cold Hardy Improved Black Mission

Hi Ross They declared that it is a beautiful variety and also has a more beautiful taste that deserves care.

I was just reading through some of the cold hardy fig descriptions on your blog! Don't recall if I saw this one. But it sounds very cool! I have Hardy Chicago, C's Red, Fignomenal and Panache and hope to add Violette de Bordeaux, White Marseilles and LSU Purple this year. This is only my second year growing fig plants (in zone 6a/b) but they're in honor of my Dad so I'm determined to succeed!

Are brown turkey fig trees and black Spanish fig trees one and the same?

How hardy? Could you indicate zone? More/less hardy than Chicago Hardy?
