Very excited to try 6600U and 6800U - still a while until we'll see those available here in the UK though I think and certainly at this kind of price. For a similar specification (5825U, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) Dell Inspiron 5625 you're looking at £769.
This laptop was supplied to us for review by Kuu-Tech via Amazon UK Kuu-Tech Website: kuu-tech.com/collections/frontpage/products/new-kuu-g5-pro-15-6-inch-business-laptop-amd-r7-5800h-cpu-16gb-ram-512gb-ssd-supports-fingerprint-unlock-win11-os Amazon Affiliates Link: amzn.to/3NoTq2m
I ordered from kuu-tech a laptop. They repaired it 3 times, still broken. They changed the touch screen to non touch screen.... They dont want to write back... Very poor quality...
I used the Windows 11 Photos application and then the Slideshow option in that. Also the pixilation on the photos is because I realised whilst editing that I'd used photos of cars with cigarette advertising on them so decided to censor it to avoid issues!
I haven't tested it, but 16GB modules should work absolutely fine in it. If making that upgrade then I'd make sure I fitted DDR4-3200 modules like these to maximise performance (Amazon Affiliates Link): amzn.to/39AzB9C
Hello! please tell me, this laptop can use an external graphics card? I saw that the video card can be connected to a laptop by removing the back cover and connecting it to the Wi-Fi port. using a cable EXP GDC sorry for the mistakes, I'm from Russia :)
@@BrueComputing I like the look of this laptop but concerned about the limited reviews and comments about compromised windows OS. Do you have an opinion on this?
Hello is it possible that the mobo of this latop cannot support SSD disk speed of 5000 - 7000 Mbitt? I have bought a Samsung 980 2T Pro and no luck the disk speed remeans below 3460 read Mbit/sec and write for write 3255Mbit/sec both sequential write on 250Gb drive partition of course
On the website of KUU this laptop is described as 32Gb Max DDRam SODIMM, or is that model on the website an other model then the one you tested in the youtube?
Great review and I have just ordered one of these. For me 512GB is a little small, so can I swap out the SSD for a 2TB one and if so, which one would you recommend? I want to run Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing on this. Is it powerful enough in your opinion. I understand the RAM could be a bottleneck, but I can upgrade those.
@@satish8299 I have bought it and it is great. The screen is fine, works well. I exchanged the M2 SSD for a Kingston 2TB and upgraded the DDR4 to 64GB and now it works fine. I put the original 512GB SSD in an external enclosure and that is now my fastest USB Drive. My only problem was that it was supplied with a non-exchangeable US Keyboard and stickers to convert to other languages. I need the German keyboard and the supplied stickers do not include the "#" key sticker and there is no key on the keyboard for "|" which on German keyboards is between the Left-Shift and "Y" (on US-Keyboard "Z"). Only workaround was to buy better stickers and to reprogram the "Option" key (with Microsoft PowerToys) for "|". The "Option" key is the least used button that does the same as a right click on a mouse.
@@vitorrocha9969 Yes, I installed a Kingston 2TB M.2 drive and it works perfectly. I even used backup and restore to transfer the original operating system and then used a partition manager to extend the main partition into one big drive C: I also upgraded the RAM to 64GB, although in retrospect 32GB would have been enough.
Mister i have bought this laptop, and uh the SCREEN are you sure it is a IPS screen, it is more like a TNT Screen LOL. and that is no fun. My Lenovo Ultrtrabook has far mar brighter colours. Why have these people not an option with a better IPS. I thin it is not an IPS but you say in you review it is? Or do you have an other model?
