It's true that beats weren't the same, but if you look at this on an other point of view, you can see that Kuzya didn't want to go first. Issei did and took advantage of the good beat that the DJ played. So I think that's fair at the end :)

Those Issei rounds were all pretty insane. Kuzya packed more stuff and was maybe a little more original, but I thought Issei's stuff was a little more interesting overall.

after read your comment, ive watch this battle one more time. idk i could be wrong but kuzya lacking in powermove while issei have it all, from toprock,powermove and footwork. Well it depends on the judges anyway
