Nicholstop : how do you like it? i’m thinking of getting a 4 stroke 250, i have a massive farm i can ride all day long on and i was just thinking about how 2 strokes would be too bad on fuel and oil, also how’s cruising on a 2 stroke cause i won’t always be ripping it and i know 2 strokes like to be high up in the rpm

Make sure you're mixing that gas correctly. Google what ratio your bike requires. Don't mix too lean, but if you're rich you're still fine because the bottom end of the engine is lubricated by that oil

@@cjcampbell4799 hey clayton- thanks for the reply. I rode this weekend and the bike is AWESOME- but I'm still finding so many mixed answers on ratios and what people run for fuel. I've heard people say they buy husqvarna premix 50:1 from ace hardware, some say they mix by hand, etc... lot of different opinions out there so far

That's weird kinda sounds like it's pinning, my bike does that scatchy noise when running lower than 91 but obviously you fine cause your using 98

Doesn't matter how tall you are. If you've never rode a dirtbike before don't get one of those.

I'm 5 8 had to lower bike 1and 3ths inch to ride safely and comfortable you would also need to set sag for your weight with gear on

So i hate to say probably not unless you are a real experience rider but I agree with royelo this is not a beginner bike it is a beast even stock !!!

Yes i like 2 strokes better but that does not mean 4 strokes are bad 4 strokes have ups and downs just like 2 strokes so idk y people hate on 4 strokes

@@joshwendt7174 i am 6,3 and i have a 2004 kx250 and it´s perfect for me so you should be fine, and the engine have incredible power with a few tuning parts (it´s strong stock too) :D

I have an 05 and it feels lighter compared to older ones but idk maybe it's just me.
