Everyone should do the Plot vs Flat returns and price in the future. While the price of the flat gets depreciated in the long term, the plot price gets increased but you should know the risk in both too. Ideally, One flat is enough to live for yourself, so if you have one, go for a plot then. First smaller plot, then a bigger one or second one(small). Ideally in Hyderabad, small-sized plots between 120 to 150 square yards are sold the most.
Absolute reality check for everyone. This was the reason i had dropped the idea of buying the plot and ended up buying a premium flat. No regrets so far and happy with what i purchased.
what if affordability is not an issue and plot and flat cost is same ? what do you suggest in that case. Quality of life i see is better in flats because of ample open space and light while carpet area is much higher in self build home. Talking about areas where flat cost and plot + construction cost is almost similar. Do you suggest a plot in that case?
Land loan kafi sare banks deti hai 70 to 80 % on an average. Or else log individual ghar Zameen ke saath bhi le sakte hai under home loan. Karoro ka flat 😂

I feel you underestimate the women buying power and intelligence. In this video also, apne kaha Mann lo 4-5 L salary, wife bhi kamati hai 50k to 1L.... Why sir?
