Kyoto Tachibana SHS Band 京都橘高校吹奏楽部 2018 Pasadena Bandfest 【外国人の反応】 

15歳から17歳の彼ら彼女らが世界に人たちに感動を与えています。

橘の素晴らしさ、 多くの活動を何度見てもすべてに感動します。 聴衆を楽しませる、飽きさせないパフォーマンスは、 すでにプロの域であり、 それを構成している関係者を尊敬します。 それは彼女の反応に表されています。 涙・驚嘆、そして腕を何度もさする様子、 それを見ても分かります。 彼女にとって、橘のようなマーチングスタイルを 初めて見る体験だからこそ。 裏を返せば、海外でこのマーチングスタイルを やっているチームが皆無である事を表しています。 海外の人達では、 おそらくこのスタイルは不可能なのでしょう。 それは、個人主義だからこそです。 つまり、全員が身勝手な行動をしてしまう、 全員揃う事ができないのです。 しかも、演奏しながら、ダンスというとてつもない 演奏スタイルは不可能だと思われます。 それを10代の女の子達が、いとも簡単に成し遂げているのが、 信じられないはずです。

彼女たちが生きている喜びを満ち溢れさせているのをみるたびに、アフガニスタンなどのイスラム教に支配され、外にも出られず、教育も受けられない多くの女性たちが思い浮かびます。

日本の誇り！そして宝です！

橘を見るたびに貴方の様に必ず涙が出ます。この為にどれだけの練習をし、同じライバルと競争し、協力して来たのかと考えると胸が熱くなります。そして橘は曲や振り付けは全て自分達で考えてるとの事、それが代々受け継がれたり、新しい物が加わったり なので私達は感動で拍手しながら涙が出るのでしょうね。

こんな大舞台で素晴らしい演舞！ 自分のこと　めっちゃくちゃ誇らしくん思うだろうなぁ… こんな経験できるなんて、これから人生の強みになるだろうなぁと、まだ高校生の彼女たちを見ていると、自分の青春時代はどれだけの事ができていたのか、なんにもしないでただただ高校生を過ごしてた。 そんな自分と　彼女たちを重ねてます。 他の橘さんの動画もみるたびに　感動ももちろんしますが　このキラキラした素晴らしい青春に涙が出るんです😭

動きに目が行きがちだけど、音も本当に素晴らしいですよね。あんなに飛んだり跳ねたりしながら音を維持するのって並大抵のことではないし、よく歯が折れないなと思う…💦

Tachibana HS Band is a very, very special band. They are powerful and a real blessing to all who are lucky enough to see them perform on video or in person. I love the 2018 group a lot.

ジュラッシックパークのテーマで登場する オレンジ色のダイナソー(市販されている普通の着ぐるみ)ですが、 京都橘のダイナソーは 『たちばなザウルス』と 特別な名前が有ります❗️ 私達橘🍊😈のファンには お馴染みなダイナソーです(笑) 因みに彼女達のオレンジの衣装は 京都橘が未だ女子高校の 時代 (近年共学に成りましたが、男子学生は其ほど多くは無いみたいです) 約40年前の物。 オリジナルの衣装と 生地が違う最近の衣装が有ります。 丁寧に部員がメンテナンスを(代々継続)しながら現在も使われています。 彼等は✨🆕✨物より伝統を受け継ぐ昔の衣装が好きだと聞いています。 京都橘🍊😈を気に入って取り上げて下さり 誠に有り難う御座いました🎵 今見ている彼女達、彼等の中には 結婚して、子供の親になった方も居ますね。 ドラムメジャーもですよ☺️ 私が英語が出来なくて 🙏💦💦

I have been watching these beautiful talented High School band for 3 years or maybe more. They are so exciting to watch, they can definitely catch your ears and eyes. I can absolutely tell you cuz I've done a research along with other bands in the world even in my country USA. They are the best high school band in the world in my opinion, ears and eyes. I do not get bored hearing them or watching them my specialty is when they play old school music the '50s and a little bit of Latin music. My favorite era is roughly 2014 through 2019. The new band They played really good but they are not as exciting as the other era. This is just my opinion. They are definitely the best high school band in the world in the era I love watching. Keep up the good work

Search for more videos of Tachibana HS Band. Majority of members are aged 16 to 18 and leave when they finish high school. New members every year. For the trips to USA they include some members who had left school. Each performance takes a lot of practice.

Their participation in the 2018 Rose Parade, The Disneyland performances along with this Bandfest and the final Benefit Concert showcase The Orange Devils at the Absolute Peak of their Powers and rightly brought the band the worldwide acclaim they so richly deserve. The young man in the Tachibanasaurus suit who hammed it up is one of the tuba players. I think you now have Tachibana Fever, you will always love this band.

The determination of this children the future upholds their performance are incredible they give all the best and the words of encouragement trully touchess me this reminds me of my junior academian school of pathfinder jamboree. now I can't perform anymore i'm aging a lot so as the days fast goes by.

Hi Mama Ai, you may notice at 28:30 if you are looking up above at the front of the Band. You will notice Marching Coach Yokoyama running to the front of the Band to the Drum Major " Ron ". He's instructing her to end the march. She then throws her Mace to the ground in anger as a protest. It's something one does not see daily. Also, Louisville High School played their exit fanfare multiple times before they left the arena. Tachibana got gypped. As is often shouted in unison upon the streets of Kyoto, Japan: " Hey! Hitomi Kanemaru was in the color guard of the Kyoto city fire department marching band for a couple of years after graduating (along with "Milpy", one of the color guard in this video). They, along with five other members, returned to California in the Japan Honor Green Band for the 2020 Rose Parade. The choreography you praised at the end was created by a committee made up of some of the band members.
