Just wanna check what season was this in? Just wanna check if there are cherry blossoms along the route

Hi! We were there around March 23. There were some cherry blossom trees along the river boat route, but it's not enough to write home about, also you're far away from the trees. The cherry blossoms are better enjoyed on walking paths in Kyoto. They usually bloom around April 5, but it can vary greatly from year to year.
