don't be silly, none of those guys were anywhere near Steph at any point. Kyrie maybe in terms of skill but never impact/efficiency. CP3 in his 3rd season was the closest when he should've won the MVP, then he got injured and never reached those levels again.
The casual fan doesn’t know how good Ky is as a former collegiate athlete let me emphasize for this man to be this unstoppable at 6.0ft tall is unreal. Shooting, handling, decision making, ambidextrous etc. AMAZING to witness. Keep being great Kyrie
Being a former collegiate athlete does not make your opinion any better buddy lmao. And ky has been in the league for over 10 years. We all know what ky is
@forrestsanders8921 … ehhh.. as someone who thinks he’s always right, I gotta agree that a collegiate player or NBA scrub will almost always know more about it than me or even the most astute student of the game.. because they know what it feels like and what takes to be really good, but they also know why they weren’t better, very intimately.. and they can more accurately imagine what it really might feel like or what it takes to be better than they were.. the appreciation has to be greater when you’re close, you gave it your all and still couldn’t get there.. even if we can technically understand the ins and outs by watching and comparing relatively to other players, unless you put your LIFE into it, it’s hard to see it the same way.. it’s why back ups to the greats or role players along side the greats tend to make great coaches..
@@forrestsanders8921 From a non collegiate player; yes it does! 2+2 will always equal 4. He knows what it's like to play amongst modern day giants with elite skills. My gripe is what's with men so Fn emotional where they feel the need to disregard logics to measure stick. Get your thong out your rump champ & take the freeking knowledge given from a perspective you & I hadn't had the luxury to experience. It's like telling a rocket scientist his opinion on nasa isn't superior to the average person.... CRAAAZY
Media praise guys like AD and lillard over kyrie was n the top 75 but AD literally is suppose to be a top 5 player they say and never won shit without Lebron kyrie was never considered even top 10 and they expect him at 6’2 to win without Lebron we praise dame over Kai he went to join Giannis who’s considered the best rn and dame can’t win put kyrie w giannis they get a chip 🤷🏽♂️
Boston do not stand a chance…. If they can slow Edwards down. They can slow Tatum down. Tatum is not as explosive as Edwards. He’s just a more skilled shooter
@@JudahIAmKng Tatum is WAY better than Edwards, more experienced, higher IQ and has a running mate in Brown which Ant didn’t have. They both play better defense as well. Gonna be a tough series. Boston in 7
Dont know why you are getting so emotional when Luka has already mentioned several times what a legend Kyrie is, I dont think they are batman and robin, they are like batman and superman, they just take turns taking over the game and they do it seamlessly
Now every that talked crazy about Kyrie all of a sudden love him. Smh it was all hate when he was Brooklyn lol. Got everyone back on hush mouth 😅 best player best handle in the league frfr
Should have made it over bob cousey but dame nah. As far as shooting goes he’s arguably the 2nd best shooter all time😂 no one Outside of steph can shoot like him. So to say he should be subbed out instead of any of the ABA players they have on their is just blasphemy 🤣.
@@mattwalusimbi9577 dame is not arguably second greatest shooter of all time...... im not putting him over Klay... reggie millier... downtown freddy brown.. even lesser degree bird... ray allen??? kyle korver man idk its some heavy hitters in 3 pt shooting maybe an argument for top 5
@@hdbuckets8154 yea, but i think now shoots more difficult shots like that hook shot with the left. Dunks more often ecc. But i mean, yes in Cavs was in his prime
@@manutebol06he better now than in Cleveland, he takes smarter shots, better playmaker, better passer, better postgame, and the defense is night and day.
@@Brandon_Benji I know exactly why I didn't like him and it wasn't one thing , but this version of Kyrie, i love. Not even a Mavs fan, but I want him and Luka to win.
kyrie and kawhi biggest what if players in nba history far as realistic championships 2015 possible chip if healthy 2018 celtics would of went to finals but prob lose to warriors 2021 kyrie hurt up 2-1 vs bucks
Numer 5 can’t guard him they get close to a win but kyrie is unstoppable for him next year it’ll be ready also he has to stop getting lazy and mad and hustle back on off and def
He might be playing his best basketball ever at 32 other than that one Cavs year. I'd already given up on him, never thought he'd get his head straight and get back to being a top 12 player, I was dead wrong. He's doing it on defense too, the perfect sidekick to Luka who can on any given night take over and be the best player on the floor.
@@ba_lotah lol talk about corny, poor sensitive Kyrie fans getting so hurt when people give him kudos. Dude was literally untradeable, look what the Nets got for him. For him to get back to being a decent Robin is a fucking miracle. If you think he's better than Luka stop taking drugs.
He had the opportunity in Boston…. Back when Boston was putting fear in people with a young Jason Tatum and Jaylen brown. Kyrie wanted out of Boston and went to the nets… that’s why nba didn’t vote him top 75
Looks like Kyrie Irving and the Mavs are going to be facing the Boston Celtics. Here's a prediction... Kyrie doesn't want the Boston fans giving him a hard time... so he'll want to shut them up before they even get going. Kyrie will throw out the race card. Racism will be brought up, and he will imply that's why the fans have it in for him. He thinks that will keep them quiet. Boston fans loved him when he got here. They loved him even more when he said he wanted to stay and be part of the core they were building around him. Then just a few months later, he blew town. THAT is why we turned on him. He will use Boston's shameful and embarrassing racial PAST to serve his own needs... but he's lying. We wanted him here. I can't wait to boo the guy.
@laneyj I agree. We showed him the love... and then he secretly planned his way out of town. That's why there's still a lot of resentment... ...and it has nothing to do with the reasons we'll soon be hearing from him. He pulled the same 💩 his first time back in The Garden with Brooklyn. He didn't want to deal with the booing he deserved.
