KZN EFF unhappy with appointment of portfolio committees 

The EFF in KwaZulu-Natal says the appointment of portfolio committees
in the provincial legislature was conducted in an “undemocratic”
manner.
The Red Berets say the delay in establishing these committees
constitutes a breach of the constitutional requirement.
The legislature appointed the committees nearly four weeks after
Speaker Nontembeko Boyce was re-elected.
KZN legislature secretary Nerusha Naidoo says rules were followed.
