And missed out on a golden opportunity by not getting Catherine Bach (Daisy Duke) to promote their products. IMHO.

I believe the L'eggs people wanted to sell their pantyhose to a more "urban" clientele- using glamour icons like Barbara, Joyce and Juliet. Since Catherine wore them almost all the time [and not necessarily "L'eggs"] as "Daisy", I'm sure no one thought to tap into the "country" market.😏

Once again, the "suits" forgot there s a lot of country between New York City and Los Angeles. Having grown up in the south, and visited the midwest often, I 've noticed many ladies still wear hosiery of some type while the "urban" ladies have eschewed nylons for the bare look"UGGHH!!" IMHO.

Tom H I hope you will reply to this I wear pantyhose in the winter to keep my legs warm

@@sherryhannah498 Another thing about pantyhose is women look great in them. They make they’re legs look polished and smoother. Pantyhose are makeup for a woman’s legs.
