Good video, I recently purchased a L1800 from Pro-Colored and they shipped it without a piece of foam in the capping station and I just recently noticed when I was going to wet cap because I was already having some nozzle issues. Is this something that companies are doing now or was this a complete mistake? I assume you can't really wet cap a station unless you have a piece of foam to hold some capping solution against the printhead. Is there any way to get that little great off of without destroying it to put a piece of foam in?

hello, I pulled one of the tubes completely out from both sides. How would I connect it back with out taking printer completely apart.

Hi sir, pleas help My epson1800 Does't print, it just keep the red lights blinking and when i reset it it releas the wast ink out of printer and the red light blinking again and agian. I clean the head but still the same problem.

Hello is it ok if my l805 doesn’t have the foam on the capping station? Do I need one ?

What happens if the ink gets congested and dries out on it?

How do I put the capping station ink pad back on? Having a hard time connecting the two lines/tubes back to it.

i found my l1800 faded white, but when i clean the capping station, the white colour is coming good, but still inconsistent, but yeah it turn good everytime, is it normal to do like your video as a monthly routine ? is the capping station i mean the sponge need really good care ?

Hi, thanks for the instructions! Unfortunately, when I clean the head, the bubbles come back in the station :(. I tried flushing the two small tubes with cleaning fluid, but it can only flush them now with the left one, not the right one. Is that supposed to be the case? Thank you

I lost the tiny spring. Do you think it is an issue?. Printhead barely prints and when I do head clean I barely see any ink going to the capping station and the external waste tank. Is it because the small spring is missing?

BOSS TANONG lang ilang beses ka po nag cleanhead isang araw? pag ba sa first clean head mo hnd lumabas nag headclean ka ulit? after lumabas ng maganda color sakin boss nawawala na yung linaw ng white after first print

Busa di cappingnya sudah di modif ya mas?

Boss need your help. Bago pa ung head at damper ko. Naka 9 prints lang at d na nalabas ung white. Nag higop buga na din ako. Pero duda ko is ung capping nya is parang sira na ung foam. Posible ba un ung sanhi ng hindi paglabas ng white? At san po makakabili nung capping? Thank you.

hello po, pag konti nalang lumalabas sa waste tank kahit sa ink flushing posibleng palitin na po ink pump assembly? wala din po print out ok nmn po yung head nung binugahan ko ng cleaning solution.
