As a non-pianist I think I've never appreciated how difficult this piece really is, until you explained what crazy things you actually physically do with your fingers😂 hats off to you
@@lirich0 keep striving man, there are multiple 10 year olds on youtube that can play this such as Jonah Ho (10) and a few more such as Jichan Cho (11). once you get used to it, don't stop and you WILL be able to. I can play currently the first 50 seconds of the song after 2 months with breaks in between (My hardest is ronda alla turca)
@@obbyperson7281bro if ur still learning with turkish march no offense dont bother learning this piece bc the difference is too large this is a diploma level piece while only grade 7 abrsm
@@richardwastaken anyone can play anything if they put their mind to it. If I want to learn it, I will. I'm really good at hanon and have been starting it backwards for a while so I think I can manage the jumps in the piece
"i once heard this piece and it was so beautiful i had to learn it. I started practicing and gave up after seeing the first 3 lines." -Some Pianist probably
I can not lie this was worth waiting for. And the great part is you play it like the greatest virtuoso pianists would, showing little to no signs of struggle, which means you're pretty dang good.
GOOOOD I'VE MISSED YOU! I thought you'd given up on uploading videos, but NO! Here you are with a masterpiece and your wonderful sense of humor at the same time. I'm absolutely STOKED! Good to see you again! I understand that life comes between every now and then, so don't take this as anything other than me being happy to see some great playing from you :) Keep it up! You're great!
I like the explanation of what's going on musically; it improves my understanding of each one. Also thank you for introducing me to some excellent pieces.
This is the most entertaining interpretation I've heard of this, fantastic job, and lovely character. You have a good tempo and a good sense of phrasing
Yeah, interesting choice to play without padel almost the hole time. Wouldn't be my way of playing it but definitely legitimate. The tempo was nice. Not this Lang Lang hustle.
Behold the triumphant return of the virtuoso, the monarch of the keys! Once more, the musical realm is graced with the breathtaking performance of Liszt's 'La Campanella.' With each note, a majestic symphony unfurls, resonating with unparalleled artistry and skill. Such playing is nothing short of extraordinary, a testament to the mastery of the maestro!
AH so happy to see a new video! you are my absolute favorite pianist because of the way you break down pieces by including captions. and of course, your technical skills amaze me more & more every time :)
Well done! My very favorite piece since I was a kid. I was learning it for my senior recital when I decided to quit piano to have time for other things I wanted to do that busy year. So now instead of playing it myself, I listen to talented kids like you doing beautiful work 😊
Ugh. How many pianists ever approach this level of mastery? Great job. Years of hours upon hours of practice. Into my 5th month of starting over as an adult. At this point my patience far outweighs my skill and mental acuity. I'm taking what I can get and am happy for it. I do love it.
My fav piano channel! Good to have you back, and what a way to return, those scales are clean so clean, great interpretation thanks for returning I needed this!
Thankyou for doing this piece.❤ Thankyou for post the music onscreen too. So fascinating to see it written done as I’ve been listening to it for 60years Magnificent playing God bless from New Zealand 🇳🇿
I love the commentary while you play. It gives so much insight from your point of view and let‘s me understand a bit better what is going on. Thank you
Ayy, been looking forward to this for ages, so nice to see you actually perform it, specially with how perfectly clear and distinguished every note from 2:33 till the next section is, and read your thoughts throughout. Tipping my fictional hat at you for playing the last section at tempo. Love your work. ,.,., 1,077-2h
the legend the master the goat is back!! best performance of la campanella i've seen so far, I can't even imagine how much effort you've put into this. Congratulations!! And I love your comments lol
Man, I was doing my homework while listening to classical music, and then I clicked your video. I decided to stay for a few seconds to watch you play then leave but damn, that was good!!! I ended up watching the whole thing cause I was so mesmerized, dude!! Good job!! That was seriously amazing!!
WOW! absolutely, amazingly different to see such pieces parsed out as they are so brilliantly played. somehow, "holy crap" just doesn't seem strong enough. I'm now a subscriber. thank you.
Violinist🎻 playing Paganini la campanella while looking at the Pianist🎹 playing Liszt la campanella be like: 😱😨😰"and I thought Paganini la campanella was hard"
