I discovered that 20-24sec range have performed the best for Leva in my experience. yes, you have to move the cup away when you hit the desired weight but that’s a given as that’s not any different than any other traditional lever machine.
Gorgeous machine. However what’s really frustrating is you still need to take the cup away when you reach your brew weight. They need to develop a purge button that drops the remaining pressure down the drip tray. I really really want this machine but that really puts me off. NURRI and ACS Vostok lever have this so LM should pull their finger out.
