LA Metro - North Hollywood Tap Out Pilot: How’s it Working? 

Welcome to this video featuring the new Tap Out pilot program at the North Hollywood Station, on the B line, its pretty self-explanatory since people have to tap out to ensure that they've paid the correct fare, but it has been slightly controversial since people applaud it's enforcement of fares, while others criticize it for double charging them (since it can charge on exit).
