I was pissed that didn’t connect the dots. All the women we’re killed after leaving a bar and Garrett Mason works at various bars around the city as a temp. Making it perfect for him to scope out his victims.
Yes. Me, too. With this being based on a real life murder, it's still unsolved. Some dirt and corruption has covered up this crime to this day with only independent detectives coming up with the solutions.
We had only two things about Mason: we saw him here and other bartender noticed him in Maldonado's case. If Cole and Rusty found out that that bartender was Garrett we'd have a real chance:)
@@maribelsanchez5107 Not solutions - Theories. At this point, it's likely to remain an unsolved murder forever, especially since the murderer is almost certainly dead of old age (so no chance of a confession).
Words can not express how grateful I am that this was made. So many walkthroughs online have either annoying commentary, or the people fail and skip half the story. This not only gets every part of the story, but also has no annoying commentary and does it fairly efficiently. Thank you so SO much for this blessing of a series.
Still think it's cool that you meet Garrett Mason before you find out who he actually is, and the fact he is just a minor character and doesn't really appear a suspect
I hate how this supervisor guy wants a confession from a guy who literally can't be the killer. The shoes on the scene were size 8, and husband guy wears size 11. Unless he was wearing some kind of super-spy-size-reducing-shoes, I think you'll need a new candidate.
Also, he knows the phone rang a couple more times after he refused to pick the wife up. So he obviously wasn't out killing her or he wouldn't be aware of that. I really don't get why he wants Jacob charged. Eli I can understand, but why Jacob if he's innocent?
Donnelly is a special type of corruption. He may not be bribed to ignore the crime but his bias and thirst for fame for his department cloud his judgement on choosing the right criminal. He is definitely not a good example of a good cop and captain. Only Leary and McKelty are
@@arthurmorgan2906 I get what you mean when he stopped the investigations with SRF. But I think it is more on "Don't mess with powerful people, or there is a lot of trouble for everyone especially you."
$30.00 in 1946 had the same buying power as $397.96 in 2017 Annual inflation over this period was about 3.71% There is a site where you can find out the value for each year from 1914
I feel the same way. It makes solving cases look like an awesome job. Sadly these days, being a cop is all about arresting thugs for low level drug offences as opposed to kicking serial killer ass. Hollywood is very misleading.
Which, to be fair, isn't really saying much when there are a grand total of four desks-and of the other three, the only one that is horrifying enough to even compare to Homicide is Arson.
@@KurtisC93 Yeah Arson I would say is a scary desk as well but second scariest desk in LA Noire. Homicide will always be the scariest desk in the game.
They didn't find it suspicious that the temp bartender knew the full name of someone he knows nothing about? Especially considering he wouldn't have ID'ed someone her age.
He also said the owner Mr. McCall served the victim regularly, so him knowing the full name is nothing out of the ordinary. Especially the way Mr. McCall talks about her.
34:45 When we have to prove Jacob was not home it doesn't make any sense. The guy at the bar was calling Jacob to pick up Celine cause she got too drunk so how could he have killed her as Cole says? That really got me confused.
i found it odd how that each murder case , the husband was a suspect and had evidince against him that could put him away, yet the other guy has just as good evidence against him and that could put him away and he gets put away
44:20 - Donnelly picks up alcohol belonging to Mendez, then serves it to Galloway and deliberately leaves Phelps without any. That's two wrong things in a row.
@bentheweirdo So why are you asking me to upload all the missions now If you can watch the videos from the guy who already have uploaded all the cases? I'm a pretty busy person and it's not an easy or fast task to record, edit, censor and upload very large videos (from 2 Gigabytes to 5 Gigabytes) on RU-vid.
I'm Stuck Here!! I Had To Look It Up What To Do lol I Did The Puzzle I Wrong Took Me 45 Mins B4 Looking Up How To Do It lol😂 It's Wasn't Unlocking But Now Seeing Your Video I Got It SMH
it's supposed to depicted a real resemblance to our REAL past... off course there is sexism. And yes most women those day's were either a typist, or a housewife. During the 50's there was a start of change though.
Captain Donnely Said in 1:22 that Phelps was promoted from Burglarly to Homicide, It should be Traffic because there is no burglarly desk in LA NOIRE! Sorry for my bad spelling hehe :D
Aj Cervantes True. There were originally two more desks that were cut from the game. Burglary would have come after Traffic. They didn't go back and re-record the dialogue.
GameTrailers reviewed this game and was uncensored. Just calm down GTASeriesVideos, it's just a freakin' corpse. You need to just get use to it dude. Great videos by the way. :)
Team Bondi made most of L.A. Noire. I think so atleast. I think Rockstar only helped with the old design, cars and music. Rockstar was the publisher though.
