I'm not even entirely sure lab farming is higher gold/hr atm than doing rifts and selling t3 motivations. Lots of people are ignoring rifts now due to lab so the t3 motivations have risen to 6.8g (it was almost 7g when I checked yesterday). Both actives give me brain rot so I don't do either for more than 30mins .
@@phandrel I just do it for dailies mostly, usually lab clears nearly all of the halloween dailies. If you have an alt account with pve wizard's vault dailies it can sometimes clear all of those just in the lab depending on how many expansions you have.
I just celebrated my "first" birthday 3 days before the holiday event. When I signed up last year, I was too new to try and understand everything that was going on with Halloween so I just skipped it. This year, I'm collecting things, experiencing events and having a blast in the Lab. I'm running a Thief shortbow build. I decided to try and sell half and open half of the T or T bags so that I'm making a bit of gold and collecting things that may drop. I've been lucky enough to get two of the rare infusions and, yesterday, I got Spark - the precursor to Incinerator! I'm an old WoW vet from many years ago but had to give it up after we moved out to the country where the internet has been really bad until last year when I was able to get T Mobile. After 40 years of gaming, my wife still doesn't understand :D. I started with an Apple playing text only games by Infocom. Thanks again Phandrel - you're vids are awesome!

@phandrel I've seen people with almost 500 completion points spamming fireball from skyscales pitifully representing themselves, the game and their guild. Not sure how ignore works but I've been using it. I'd suggest people use this opportunity to weed out the bad apples. I've had mostly considerate groups till the last couple I was in.
Actually lab is the only farm where we need less dps so that everyone has more chances of tagging mobs and getting more loot.. heralds are good in such a situation, dps players get more tags.
