LABOR AND DELIVERY PART 2&3 | I HAD A C- SECTION !

Congrats to you and Quik! Daysha stucked with us even through her pregnancy, and for that and more we love you, Day-Day.

I just want to say congratulations to you both! I’m so glad you had a safe delivery! On another note, women please be careful when doctors try to push C-sections on you! I know for sure they get paid more so they try to push c-sections, especially on black women! I stayed in labor for a long time. I had a very bad experience with my doctor. She tried to push a c-section on me by telling me it was my only option! I still stood my ground. Shift changed and a nurse told me that I was fine and that my baby was fine and I was doing everything on my own without pain medicine. Ten minutes after she told me that my baby was coming out. The doctor was mad at me and wouldn’t talk to me because she was WRONG! You guys be careful! Advocate for yourself even when no one else will. Some doctors don’t listen to black women and is the very cause of so many deaths during pregnancy, delivery, & Postpartum. If you feel in gut that something is wrong or you’re not feeling like you should feel, SPEAK UP! It may save your life! ❤️

Congratulations y'all! I am a c-section mom and quick tip for you: Be sure to wear your stomach wrap daily all day. You can take it off for a hour break here and there, but I promise it will help the stomach go down better and prevent to much loose skin. Use the hospital one. They will give you extra at your postnatal. Happy you guys are healthy 🙂.

Congratulations Daysha & Quik❤️ Having a C-Section is a lot when it comes to healing. You’re going to have to be strong and make yourself do a lot of things your body isn’t going to want to do.

I had a c section a year ago when I had my daughter. It was terrible. The worse pain I had ever felt. I pretty much felt everything. I was terrified and couldn't wait for it to be over with. Plus I was all alone so I was even more scared. Congratulations ❤️❤️❤️

Just bc you have a c section the first time doesn’t mean you will have another one. Don’t be discouraged. That’s how I felt when I saw my daughter for the first time. My daughter is DROP DEAD GORGEOUS.

Congratulations Daysha and Quik!! A C-section is something else, I was there with my sister during hers and she stayed a whole month at my house while she recovered. I'm glad you had a safe delivery and you look good 🙏🏾 for a speedy recovery.

Congratulations!!!! I've had 3 c sections due to the same issue. Just be calm and give yourself time to heal. Also pooping will hurt at first but its something you will have to do before leaving the hospital. You got this im praying for safe recovery for you and baby once again Congratulations

Congrats you guys on a safe delivery and welcome to Motherhood 🥰 please take care of yourself and let your body heal… Have Quik to put you a higher chair in the baby room because the beanbag maybe too low and have them to get you some Vitamin E oil, Moderma oil or something like that for your scar… You don’t want it to turn into a keloid so every appointment you have please have them to keep checking your scar and don’t be scared to ask questions

Congratulations 🎊💐. They scheduled me for c-section because my third girl wouldn't turn head down. I cried for the full week including the day of. Turns out the cord was wrapped around her neck almost 3 times so she couldn't move, even when they tried to turn her manually. But everything happens for a reason. So glad everything worked out for you. Enjoy all the time with your baby. Time flies by so fast ❤️❤️❤️
