I love how it went from I'm so sick, then call you out, to forever. It's literally telling a story. We become sick from our sins and lives we live in sin, then call out our demons who bind us, and we look to Jesus to who sets us free. I love it!!!!
2020 and I love you more.... I came from Mexico, 15 years old and you was my one of my first bands that I loved, that's how I learned english, thank you.
@@holliehunter441 um..no. (i know what you think you meant, but the comment is about her big and strong voice that everyone already knows she has, not about the basic effect on the mic that every singer uses for amplification.)
@@holliehunter441 Me being a new beginning singer I now can tell when someone's vocals have some weight. And these people aren't wrong she has lots of vocal weight for someone her size.
@@Koragh_ what can we indirectly understand ? She left the band to be with her baby and family...and I believe there are different seasons in life, we also have.
Sameer's on tour with POD, Pat's got his own band but I forgot what they were called, Jared started a worship project with his wife (Kat&Jared), and James has just been all around quiet.
The same reason every singer that leads a famous band then gets no fame on their own tours with the band's material - because she doesn't want to be in the band anymore, but that's the shit people who know her want to hear.
The years have not been kind. She's on pitch and she sounds good, but the songs are almost a full step down so she doesn't have to sing as high pitched. She's "got it" but just lower.
Eh, the years have been kind considering how much singing and screaming she has done. Plus she's belting and putting a lot of emphasis on words, which is more fun. I'd prefer that to a flawless performance of exactly what's on the album.
She sounds flat with this band on the first two Flyleaf songs. When she jams with Flyleaf every once in a while, she plays balls out. I think she is great nonetheless.
Look up Illuminati 666 hand signals. Perhaps not. It was a question. Research things. If you think I'm crazy that's good. At least you looked into it. Some people talk with their hands with the 666 symbol just because they are copying actual people who are in the cult subliminally and not on purpose.
EPICAN Lacey may not be. Just I get paranoid easily when it comes to show biz. She's singing a Christian song. She may not be. Like I said more than likely not.
lewis thomas she damaged her voice in her early stages of her career. She loved to scream in her songs. Which began to be terrible on her voice and got to the point where she couldn’t even talk. She then grew a tumor in her voice, she had gotten surgery to get it removed and her voice still never recovered fully
@@tjlifevlogs4404 tumor ? wow it mist suck to do those screaming and also being a voice actor where you have to do avery throaty voice (kind of like Christian Bale's batman).
Chris Flejter You’re very mistaken. I understand Lecrae but not Lacey or Skillet. Take a look at her lyrics for All Around me or Red Sam. She got a lot of flack bc she was Christian and even left the band to focus on family. Do your research before making accusations
Shrub Plays That was definitely taken out of context. Nobody wants to worship to Whispers in the Dark. He didn’t say it was appropriate just, that’s really not the place for it. Name me one song of theirs that goes against the Bible or Gods teaching. Just give me one. Please, I’ll wait.
Shrub Plays Give a exact lyric that goes against Gods word. Skillet has brought more people to Jesus than some churches! That’s just being religious, God is the creator of music. No so such thing a demonic sounds. Bands turn it into that with their lyrics. Using music to preach Gods word, doesn’t matter if it’s rap, country, reggae, metal. Doesn’t matter
